★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço prestado é muito bom, mas mudaram a data de vencimento do meu boleto sem me comunicar e quando precisei reemitir um boleto para o pagamento, não obtive a assistência adequada e quando consegui emitir, pagar o boleto e avisar que o tinha feito, me enviaram uma mensagem: "hah ta, que bom". Como cliente ja fui mal atendido em alguns lugares, mas sarcasmo foi a primeira vez.

Não tem um suporte para depois q ele fecham, então é torcer para não dar nenhum problema depois que eles fecham, por que se não só no outro dia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por algumas vezes que chego na região e estou sem sinal de internet. Não tem telefone de emergência. Fecham 18 horas e abrem 9 horas. Portanto se algum problema de sinal ocorre depois das 18 é sentar e esperar até o dia seguinte. Sinal muito instável. Pagamento tem que estar em dia, mas sinal é sempre uma loteria cada vez que chego em casa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre me atenderam muito bem, quanto ao suporte técnico nao tenho o que falar pois nunca tive problemas com a conexão a nao ser quando e algo referente a reparo de rede ou problemas no link.super recomendo.

Ficaram de verificar e até hoje 30 dias não tive retorno algum.
