★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu sogro comprou um carro na loja, até a venda atendimento bom, agora o pós venda está sendo horrível, cobraram 790 reais para fazer a documentação e não foi informando em nenhum momento que seria necessário trocar a placa de Mercosul e o custo não estava incluso.
Agora meu sogro está sendo cobrado pelo despachante e a resposta da agência é , se quiser cobra diretamente do vendedor.
É muito tranqueira, atendimento de porco...decepcionante ver como o atendimento se transformar em falta de profissionalismo e desonesto no pós. Imagino se precisar acionar a garantia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento super bom, fechamos negócio rápido mas esta demorando um pouco para o doc do carro ficar pronto deram um prazo de 15 dias mas ja se passaram quase 1 mês e nada de documento. Carnê de pagamento das parcelas ainda não chegou também. Documento do carro ainda esta em atraso. Espero que possam agilizar o processo pois gostaria de ter os documentos ainda esse ano em minha posse. Obs: vendedor Alê super gente fina,bom atendimento,bastante atencioso. Obrigado pela ajuda.
Super good service, we closed a quick deal but it is taking a while for the car doc to be ready, they gave a deadline of 15 days, but almost 1 month has passed and no documents. The payment book for the installments has not yet arrived as well. Car document is still overdue. I hope you can speed up the process because I would like to have the documents still in my possession this year. Note: Alê salesman super fine people, good service, very attentive. Thank you for your help.

Péssima experiência com a loja. Gerente marcos, na hora de vender, foi excelente, mas no pós venda, horrível.
Comprei um carro com ele e gastei quase 6 mil reais na revisão, precisei trocar pastilhas, discos e até pneu (estava rasgado), isso que ele afirmou que o carro vinha todo revisado e que eu poderia viajar tranquilo.
Depois, para arrumar a câmera de ré que nunca funcionou, me enrolou por mais de um mês e nada.
Estou acionando procon e até o Russomano.
NÂO COMPREM NADA DESSA LOJA!

Bad experience with the store. Marcos manager, at the time of selling, was excellent, but in the post sale, horrible.
I bought a car with him and spent almost 6 thousand reais on the overhaul, I had to change pads, discs and even a tire (it was torn), which he said the car was all overhauled and that I could travel smoothly.
Then, to fix the reverse camera that never worked, it rolled me for more than a month and nothing.
I'm calling procon and even Russomano.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!
