★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente durante anos confiando que estavam fazendo um bom trabalho de administração do meu imóvel já que residia em outra cidade, resultado, duas dívidas uma de IPTU e outra de condomínio, apesar de descontar a taxa mensalmente de manutenção não tomavam conta do imóvel, a inquilina chegou a sair e sublocar o meu aparamento mesmo sendo proibido de acordo com o contrato vigente na época, e pasmem eles só descobriram um ano depois. E eu continuo aqui lutando para pagar as dívidas decorrentes dessa péssima administração. Péssimo trabalho!
I was a client for years trusting that they were doing a good job of managing my property since I lived in another city, as a result, two debts, one of property tax and the other of a condominium, although discounting the monthly maintenance fee did not take care of the property, tenant came out and sublet my trim even though it was banned according to the contract in force at the time, and amazingly they only discovered it a year later. And I am still here struggling to pay the debts resulting from this terrible administration. Bad job!
