â â â â â Eu comprei uma unidade do Residencial Alvarinho em Mogi das Cruzes, ao assinar o meu contrato junto a construtora a mesma incluiu um valor de mais de sete mil reais no valor final da unidade, que segundo eles seria o valor da documentação da minha unidade que eles iriam pagar ao cartĂłrio, porĂ©m o valor real da documentação foi a metade do que eu paguei.
Quero o reembolso da diferença de valores que eu paguei a construtora e que ela pagou no cartório.
Jå tentei falar com vårias pessoas da construtora, Fabiana, Daniele, Simone, Priscilla, e ninguém me då atenção.
