★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cidadão, é bem atendido na recepção, pelo ascensorista, segurança, mas qdo vai tentar resolver seu problema, esbarra no sistema que não funciona, enfim se existe teste de paciência, chama-se serviço público. ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informam que pode ser pelo celular, mas quando mandamos os documentos solicitados dizem que é somente presencial no quiosque do NiteróiShopping, de 10:00h às 13:00h.
Entreguei a documentação no dia 04/04/2022 e até hoje (26/04/2022) o cartão não está pronto. Total descaso e falta de respeito com o idoso de Niterói.
They inform that it can be done by cell phone, but when we send the requested documents they say that it is only in person at the NiteróiShopping kiosk, from 10:00h to 13:00h.
I delivered the documentation on 04/04/2022 and until today (04/26/2022) the card is not ready. Total neglect and lack of respect for the elderly in Niterói.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Secretaria de Saúde precisa nomear um Administrador/a altamente capaz para treinar seus servidores e criar avisos oficiais e corretos para a população local. Servidores não devem em nenhuma hipótese estar sentados à maca rindo alto as 16h20 e ter encerrado o expediente sob ressalva q é até 16h30. Em 10 minutos se faz 1 parto. Fotografado todo o posto, o aviso era: vacinação pra gripe. Nada mais.
Muitos erros administrativos recorrentes. Vergonha pública.
