★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo!!!! Recebo uma notificação da Procuradoria Fiscal do Município dizendo que o imóvel já está inscrito em dívida ativa pois constam débitos de IPTU . Pasmem!!! Olho o carne do ano relativo ao débito e está TOTALMENTE QUITADO, como todos os outros anos!!!! Total falta de organização e competência da Prefeitura. Agora vou ter que perder dia de trabalho para resolver este problema que sequer dei causa .
Vale pensar sobre a via judicial contra a prefeitura.
Absurd!!!! I receive a notification from the Municipal Tax Attorney saying that the property is already registered as an active debt because there are IPTU debts. Amazing !!! I look at the meat of the year related to the debt and it is TOTALLY QUITTED, like all the other years !!!! Total lack of organization and competence of the City Hall. Now I'm going to have to lose a day's work to solve this problem that I didn't even cause.
It is worth thinking about the judicial process against the city hall.
