★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja ontem. Dia 16/11 era umas 19 h loja que partocular mente gosto muito..Minha filha está gestante estava cm um sapato incomodando .
Falei vamos comprar um sapato já que este não está confortável ...na vittini tinha valores de altos plataforma 99.00 entre outros de 69.enfim ela escolheu uns experimentou e pediu para o vendedor trazer um pra ela plataforma o valor era de 99.00
Quando fomos ao caixa pagar valor 240.00 falei o pq este valor ?
A moça foi pegando meu cartão para passar falei espera não vou pagar não é isso dava 170.00 os doid pares ,porém foram os
verificar era 170.00 do um sapato .A pessoa que está no caixa fala assim. Moça eu não sei eu só estou aqui para cobrar ou seja se eu não presto atenção trago sem saber ..agora eu trouxe o da minha filha e deixei o meu pq achei uma falta de respeito com o consumidor me senti constrangida por esta situação ..se não fosse por ela estar grávida e os sapatos que estavá incomodando seus pés .....não se deve inganar o consumidor me senti lesada.

Girl I do not know I'm just here to charge or if I do not pay attention bring without knowing ..now I brought my daughter and I left because I found a lack of respect with the consumer I felt embarrassed by this situation .. if it wasn't for her being pregnant and the shoes that were bothering her feet ..... one should not mislead the consumer I felt harmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é a primeira vez que eu entrei nessa loja e vendedoras mal humoradas, infelizmente eu gosto de comprar na prego porque tenho hiperidrose e somente a prego faz sandálias com tecido....
It's not the first time I've entered this store and salesgirls are grumpy, unfortunately I like to buy at prego because I have hyperhidrosis and only nail makes sandals with fabric....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sapatilhas/sandalias de péssima qualidade. a marca já foi sinonimo de qualidade, agora só vendem produtos ruins que não duram. comprei de presente pra minha namorada um par sandalias e antes mesmo de usar já estão todas descascando. Péssimo.
sneakers / sandals of poor quality. the brand was once synonymous with quality, now they only sell bad products that don't last. I bought a pair of sandals as a gift for my girlfriend and even before I wear them, they are all peeling. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente Sempre gostei da marca Prego , mais a Loja em si tem muita variedade , Fui a primeira vez ver uma sandalia , o atendimento não foi dos melhores , na segunda vez , que foi hoje Vendedores disponíveis nenhum veio me atender , Fui na loja ao lado e comprei . Atendimento péssimo espero que melhores porque sempre tento entender o motivo, por tratarem um cliente assim mais toda vez já é demais .
