★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho através deste registrar minha imensa insatisfação com o atendimento da administradora devido a ineficiência da Síndica Responsável do condomínio que resido. Existe um regulamento interno vigente que deixa claro que materiais de construção não podem ser jogados/deixados nas áreas do prédio sob pena de notificação e multa. Portanto após uma pintura recente no prédio a Síndica permitiu que fosse deixado atrás do prédio latas de tinta cheia d'agua (permitindo passagem do mosquito da dengue), areia, pedra entre outros entulhos (conforme anexo). Em março deste ano, após deixar o carrinho de bebe na porta do meu apartamento por alguns minutos fui notificada pela administradora e informada que a reincidência do ato ocasionaria multa, pois descumpri o Art. 13° paragrafo único do regulamento. Ora, hoje a síndica faz pior, colocando a saúde dos moradores em risco com água parada proliferando diversos parasitas e bactérias a céu aberto, próximos da janela do meu quarto e do meu filho de 1 ano. Por que essa síndica ainda não foi notificada e multada? A legislação não vale para todos? Pago mensalmente o condomínio cumprindo minha função contratual, e quando necessito do respaldo do mesmo sou totalmente ignorada. Ora, o regulamento só se aplica a mim? E aos demais moradores? A alguns meses atrás haviam pisos no térreo de uma moradora, impedindo a passagem e em uma conversa com a mesma esta alegou que a síndica havia aberto uma exceção , e quando a indaguei se foi criado esta exceção a um único morador todos teriam o mesmo direito fui reprimida e informada que o carrinho de bebe não se igualava a caixas e caixas de piso dificultando literalmente a passagem térrea dos demais condôminos e portanto eu teria que me calar. Ora, a síndica faz valer regras apenas aos seus favorecidos e os demais moradores que sofram com sua imensa injustiça ? Cadê a administradora para intervir e reunir uma assembleia para investigar os fatos ?
I come through this to register my immense dissatisfaction with the service of the administrator due to the inefficiency of the Manager in charge of the condominium that I reside. There is an internal regulation in force that makes it clear that construction materials cannot be thrown / left in the building areas under penalty of notification and a fine. Therefore, after a recent painting in the building, the Syndica allowed that cans of water-filled paint (allowing the dengue mosquito to pass), sand, stone and other debris (as attached) were left behind. In March of this year, after leaving the pram at the door of my apartment for a few minutes, I was notified by the administrator and informed that the recurrence of the act would cause a fine, as I did not comply with Art. 13th sole paragraph of the regulation. Now, the manager does worse, putting the health of the residents at risk with standing water proliferating various parasites and bacteria in the open, near the window of my room and my 1-year-old son. Why has this liquidator not yet been notified and fined? Doesn't legislation apply to everyone? I pay the condominium on a monthly basis fulfilling my contractual function, and when I need its support I am totally ignored. Now, does the regulation only apply to me? And to the other residents? A few months ago there were floors on the ground floor of a resident, preventing the passage and in a conversation with the latter she claimed that the landlord had made an exception, and when I asked her if this exception was created to a single resident, everyone would have the same right I was repressed and informed that the baby carriage did not match boxes and floor boxes, literally making it difficult for the other tenants to walk through the floor and therefore I would have to shut up. Now, does the liquidator enforce rules only for its favored people and other residents who suffer from its immense injustice? Where is the administrator to intervene and assemble an assembly to investigate the facts?
