★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do loca e do atendimento, mas quando precisei tive uma experiencia ruim, eles não deixam fzer test drive por questão de segurança, alegando dar garantia de tudo, mas meu carro deu um problema a 400km de SP e não andava, falaram que não poderiam fazer nada sem levar o carro no mecânico deles, mesmo eu estando a 400km de distancia e com o carro sem andar, tive que arrumei na cidade que eu estava e propus dividir os custos apenas das peças usadas para ser justo com eles tambem, sigo sem resposta até hoje,
talvez se fosse uma Porsche teriam respondido.
 I liked the location and the service, but when I needed it I had a bad experience, they don't let me test drive for safety reasons, claiming to guarantee everything, but my car had a problem 400km from SP and it wouldn't walk, they said they couldn't to do nothing without taking the car to their mechanic, even though I was 400km away and the car was not moving, I had to fix it in the city I was in and I proposed to share the costs only of the used parts to be fair to them too, I still do not answer to this day,
maybe if it was a Porsche they would have responded.

Ao levar o carro em minha oficina de confiança onde realizo serviços ha 13 anos foi diagnosticado amortecedor dianteiro esquerdo vazando. (Orçamento na autorizada 18mil). Entrei em contato com o vendedor Ricardo e o mesmo disse que nao era problema da loja mais e que a garantia era somente a funcionalidade do carro. Quando se vai em uma agencia de carros de luxo o minimo que se espera é comprar um veiculo em perfeitas condiçoes. Portanto se voce for la e comprar, ore muito a Deus pra nao ter defeito algum, pois se nao com certeza voce terá que arcar com o custo sozinho. Detalhe, o carro que me foi vendido estava ha 04 meses com a revisao vencida de acordo com o manual.

So if you go there and buy it, pray a lot to God so you don't have any defect, otherwise you'll definitely have to bear the cost yourself. Detail, the car that was sold to me was 04 months ago with the overhaul according to the manual.

De cara ja deu para ver que estava numa loja confiável e que seria bem atendido por ali. E de fato fui! A vendedora Sthefany me deu todo o suporte desde o início até o final do negócio. Sobre o carro não tenho nem o que falar, estava impecável assim como a expectativa que tinha vendo por fotos. A negociação foi ótima e atenderam o que eu precisava para fechar.
