É ótima se você procura presentes, como o próprio título sugere, mas é meio fraca quando as necessidades são relacionadas a utilidades domésticas, ferramentas e afins. Já liguei ou procurei pessoalmente produtos que se encontram facilmente em outras lojas desse tipo, mas não existiam na Maryssa. Preços razoáveis, atendimento eficiente, boa organização interna e - uma dica - desconto p/quem paga com PicPay.
PS: loja me enviou resposta gentil, com um número de telefone que pretendo contatar p/detalhar as críticas construtivas. Mas contestou uma informação que dei acima e que tenho como confirmar - a do benefício p/pagamento com PicPay. Eu mesma já recebi cashback comprando lá e usando o aplicativo. Imaginei que pudessem ter encerrado a promoção, mas não: fiz a print da tela agora, informando que o cliente recebe 5% de retorno p/pagamento nesta loja via QR Code c/PicPay. Talvez a loja tenha se apegado a palavra "desconto" que mencionei, mas receber uma porcentagem do valor da compra de volta - o chamado cashback - não deixa de ser um desconto, certo? Se não estou enganada, esse retorno era maior no passado, mas o fato é que ainda é válido. De qualquer forma, agradeço a atenção da loja.
Very "marketing" store ? with strong advertising performance on Instagram. It's great if you're looking for gifts, as the title suggests, but it's kind of weak when the needs are related to housewares, tools and the like. I've called or personally searched for products that are easily found in other stores of this type, but did not exist at Maryssa. Reasonable prices, efficient service, good internal organization and - a tip - discount for those who pay with PicPay.
PS: store sent me a kind reply, with a phone number that I intend to contact to detail the constructive criticism. But he disputed an information I gave above and that I can confirm - the benefit for payment with PicPay. I myself have already received cashback by purchasing there and using the app. I thought they could have ended the promotion, but no: I made a screenshot now, informing that the customer receives 5% return for payment in this store via QR Code w/PicPay. Maybe the store clung to the word "discount" I mentioned, but getting a percentage of the purchase back - called cashback - is still a discount, right? If I'm not mistaken, this return was greater in the past, but the fact is that it is still valid. Anyway, I appreciate the attention of the store.
