★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficaram com minha impressora por uma semana e nem sequer deram um diagnóstico l. E olha que estava so com a cabeça de impressao entupida. Nao recomendo, profissionais com pouco compromisso com atendimento ao cliente!!!
They stayed with my printer for a week and didn't even give me a diagnosis there. And look, it was just with the print head clogged. I do not recommend, professionals with little commitment to customer service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu era cliente deles mesmo sabendo que eles metem a faca... Esse ano decidi tomar vergonha na cara e vi que os preços deles são mais absurdos do que eu pensava. Sem contar que, eles demoram muito pra entregar o serviço.
I was their client even though I knew they put the knife in... This year I decided to be embarrassed and I saw that their prices are more absurd than I thought. Not to mention that they take a long time to deliver the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já era cliente e na primeira vez não tive problema. Na segunda levei meu computador que queimou e eles ficaram duas semanas sem me falar o que tinha acontecido. Levei outro pra formatar e instalar um programa, formataram de qualquer jeito e eu tive que voltar pra mexerem de novo. Me deram um prazo pra entrega e não cumpriram. Agora o programa que instalaram já parou de funcionar de novo. Vou consertar em outro lugar pq sinceramente não compensa.
It was already a customer and the first time I had no problem. In the second I took my computer that burned and they stayed two weeks without telling me what had happened. I took another to format and install a program, formatted anyway and I had to go back to moving again. They gave me a deadline for delivery and did not fulfill. Now the program they installed has already stopped working again. I'll fix it somewhere else pq honestly does not pay.
