★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei 5 estrelas pela forma que foi administrado meu descontentamento com o serviço. Fui fazer um exame médico para academia. Marquei com antecedência e fui específico à necessidade de respeitarem a hora marcada, pois preciso partir para Araçoiaba todo dia e acender o fogo da minha pizzaria as 18 horas. Disseram-me que ia rolar o atendimento pontual. Acabou demorando meia hora. Fiz uma reclamação coma secretária que chamou a dona, ao que solucionou o problema como deveria ser, garantindo que meu atendimento fosse o próximo. Se não tivessem me garantido que o atendimento seria pontual, teria marcado para o próximo dia. A médica foi excelente. Não sei o nome dela, mas fui tratado super bem, com muito respeito e de forma humanizada. Por isso, as 5 estrelas.
I gave 5 stars for the way my dissatisfaction with the service was managed. I went to the gym for a medical exam. I made an appointment in advance and I was specific to the need to respect the scheduled time, as I need to leave for Araçoiaba every day and light my pizzeria at 6 pm. I was told that there was going to be a punctual service. It ended up taking half an hour. I made a complaint to the secretary who called the owner, who solved the problem as it should be, ensuring that my service was next. If they had not guaranteed me that the service would be punctual, I would have scheduled it for the next day. The doctor was excellent. I don't know her name, but I was treated very well, with a lot of respect and in a humanized way. So, the 5 stars.
