★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo na unidade de pronto atendimento Mooca.
No final da tarde do dia 28/06/2018 precisei levar minha mãe no Pronto Atendimento da Mooca. Desde de a falta de atenção do valet do estacionamento até o sistema de agendamento quebrado, estava tudo um horror. Mas o pior foi na troca de turno onde na área de aplicação de medicamentos. Uma bagunça, pessoas da equipe rindo e falando alto, brincando e gritando umas com as outras como se fosse um jogo do Brasil na Copa, uma verdadeira zona, sem nenhum respeito aos enfermos. Por fim, mudou o médico, não fizeram todos os exames necessários e fiquei com aimpressão que o diagnóstico foi errado. Pior que o SUS!
Bad service at the Mooca emergency unit.
In the late afternoon of 06/28/2018 I had to take my mother to the Mooca Emergency Room. From the lack of attention from the parking valet to the broken scheduling system, it was all a horror. But the worst was in the shift change where in the area of medication application. A mess, people from the team laughing and talking loudly, joking and shouting at each other as if it were a game of Brazil in the World Cup, a real zone, with no respect for the sick. Finally, the doctor changed, they did not do all the necessary tests and I was left with the impression that the diagnosis was wrong. Worse than SUS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Prevent está investindo em verdadeiros hotéis cinco estrelas na Zona Sul e proximidades e deixando os beneficiados da Zona Leste por exemplo nas mãos de maus profissionais em Unidades de Pronto Atendimento abarrotadas de gente com péssimo atendimento como a Unidade da Mooca da rua Tamarataca onde alguém em estado crítico de saúde espera por seis horas ou mais pra ser atendido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Médicos negligentes, incompetentes e mal educados. A sala de tomografia mistura pacientes do PS, internados e externos (muitos nos corredores ou na fila de ambulâncias). Funcionários com síndrome gripal trabalhando e outros sem máscara ou com ela no queixo. No pronto atendimento não exigem q os beneficiários troquem suas máscaras de pano por cirúrgicas, como qualquer hospital descente faz. Um verdadeiro matadouro! Centro de contaminação do COVID-19, quem puder fuja!
Terrible! Neglectful, incompetent, and uneducated doctors. The tomography room mixes inpatients from the ER, inpatients and outpatients (many in the corridors or in the ambulance line). Employees with flu-like syndrome at work and others without a mask or with it on their chin. In the emergency room, they do not require the beneficiaries to exchange their cloth masks for surgical ones, as any decent hospital does. A real slaughterhouse! Contamination center of COVID-19, whoever can escape!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar desumano, desorganizado, requer acima de tudo um profundo acerto em seus procedimentos operacionais. Mantém pacientes amontoados em macas e cadeiras sem assistência adequada. Alguns funcionários um pouco mais humanos, mas a maioria é impaciente e mal preparada. E o pior é que não temos a quem recorrer ou reclamar. Nenhuma entidade reguladora funciona mais nesse país, e esse lugar é só mais um agente comensal do Caos e da impunidade.
Inhumane, disorganized place, it requires, above all, a deep adjustment in its operational procedures. Keeps patients crammed onto gurneys and chairs without adequate assistance. Some staff are a little more humane, but most are impatient and ill-prepared. And the worst thing is that we have no one to turn to or complain to. Sala de problemas respiratórios de 30m², com quase vinte idosos amontoados, e muitos em pé.
Isso é desumano.
Levei 06 horas para fazer o exame e receber o diagnóstico que não estou com COVID.
E tem muito mais coisas, mas não dá para por tudo aqui.
O Conselho do grupo, precisa urgentemente trocar o administrador desta unidade.
Nesta unidade, nunca mais.

Respiratory problems room measuring 30m², with almost twenty elderly people huddled together, and many of them standing.
This is inhumane.
It took me 06 hours to do the exam and receive the diagnosis that I don't have COVID.

The group council urgently needs to change the administrator of this unit.
In this unit, never again.
