★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei muito, atendentes poucos simpáticas, a que me atendeu grossa e mal educada, antipática...enfim mal atendimento, nota zero, ahhhh esqueci de falar o médico sim fui muito bem atendida, fez várias perguntas...muito atencioso, simpático parabéns pelo trabalho....

A médica, nota 10 tbem está de parabéns, muito simpática, educada, e atende bem. Clínica tá de parabéns. Esses comentários, abaixo que o povo, posta dizendo que foi mal atendido, esse é o mal do serumano, não saber, oque é gentileza e educação. #Prever ❤✌?

Se você ligar, escolher a opção de agendamento, uma recepcionista te atende (depois da demora de praxe em qualquer URA) e diz que você precisa, na verdade, usar o WhatsApp. Aí no what's eu enviei uma mensagem e fui, via chatbot, encaminhado para uma atendente às 16h22. Só recebi o contato de volta às 18.00, e, como não respondi (é, não fiquei mais de 1h30 olhando pro what's não), encerraram "com sucesso" o atendimento às 18.08.
Unable to make an appointment. If you call, choose the scheduling option, a receptionist answers you (after the usual delay at any IVR) and says that you actually need to use WhatsApp. Then on what's I sent a message and was, via chatbot, forwarded to an attendant at 16:22. I only got the contact back at 18.00, and, as I didn't answer (yes, I didn't spend more than 1h30 looking at what's no), they ended the service "successfully" at 18.08.
