Na hora de chamar o cliente são um espetáculo, mas depois faz reajustes por conta própria sem avisar previamente e pra cancelar é uma burocracia enorme, tremenda enrolação desnecessária! Deus me livre! Nunca mais! Não sou obrigada a ter seguro de vida onde não quero e não consigo o cancelamento! Estou por um fio pra ir no procon pra ver se consigo agilizar esse cancelamento! Um HORROR!!!
Terrible! I don't recommend it to anyone. At the time of calling the customer they are a spectacle, but afterwards they make adjustments on their own without prior notice and to cancel it is a huge bureaucracy, tremendous unnecessary mess! God forbid! Never! I am not obliged to have life insurance where I don't want it and I can't get it canceled! I'm on my way to go to the procon to see if I can speed up this cancellation! Horrible!!!
