Mas o atendimento poderia ser mais cedo, em consideração as pessoas que moram mas distante, e não poder aguardar dentro do estacionamento é outra indignação, o povo aguardando na rua de baixo de sol e chuva, inaceitável por tudo que já passaram.
Regarding the service of the staff, nothing to complain about. But the service could be sooner, considering the people who live farther away, and not being able to wait inside the parking lot is another indignation, the people waiting on the street below in the sun and rain, unacceptable for everything they've been through.
