★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resolvi reeditar minha avaliação. Para comprar máquina o atendimento é excelente, mas o pós venda decepciona. Minha máquina de cós veio faltando peças e com uma "gambiarra" e me foi prometida a troca e a reposição da peça faltante. Já paguei duas parcelas e até agora nada. Mando mensagem e não tenho retorno efetivo.
I decided to reissue my evaluation. To buy a machine, the service is excellent, but the after sales disappoint. My waistband machine came missing parts and with a "gambiarra" and I was promised to exchange and replace the missing part. I have already paid two installments and so far nothing. I send a message and I have no effective feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive sorte, comprei uma interloque e com 4 meses deu problema no motor e como a garantia deles é de três meses chamei o mecânico e ele falou que precisava trocar 4 peças, duas estavam enferrujadas, a outra na segunda vez q usei deu defeito pq tinha peças com folga, conclusão: nao revisam direito as máquinas que pegam pra venderem e o cliente é que fica com o prejuízo. Me senti enganada pq paguei caro pela máquina. Na hora da compra o atendimento foi bom.
I wasn't lucky, I bought an interlock and after 4 months there was a problem with the engine and as their warranty is for three months I called the mechanic and he said I needed to change 4 pieces, two were rusty, the other the second time I used it was defective because there were spare parts, conclusion: they don't properly review the machines they take to sell and the customer is the one who takes the loss. I felt cheated because I paid dearly for the machine. At the time of purchase, the service was good.
