★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu notebook lá pegaram minha memória RAM e trocaram por uma de menor qualidade e ainda cobraram pra troca a placa de rede q eles queimaram por uma gambiarra, também trocaram o cooler por um inferior. Serviço DESONESTO
 I took my notebook there, they took my RAM memory and exchanged it for a lower quality one and they even charged for the exchange the network card q they burned for a gambiarra, they also exchanged the cooler for an inferior one. Dishonest Service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi a referência da Prime do meu consultor de informática. Apresentei-lhes minha queixa e transmiti-lhes um arquivo de um software de engenharia, cuja execução para mim estava bloqueada. Contornados a disponibilidade e prazo para solução, retornaram-me no dia seguinte alertando-me que desconsiderasse as mensagens de aparentes condicionantes. Pronto, o programa não tinha qualquer bloqueio e funcionou perfeitamente. Atendimento nota 10!
I received Prime's referral from my computer consultant. I filed my complaint with them and handed them a file of engineering software, the execution of which was blocked for me. Bypassing the availability and deadline for solution, they returned to me the next day warning me to disregard the messages of apparent constraints. Okay, the program had no lock and it worked perfectly. Service grade 10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Alencar foi o cara mais honesto e solícito que me atendeu depois de eu ter ligado para pelo menos 5 empresas de assistência técnica de BH que quiseram me cobrar preços absurdos e algumas ainda inventando problemas no notebook que eu sabia que não existia, tentando "furar meu olho". O Alencar me orientou, me deu todo o suporte na troca de bateria de um notebook Dell e me atendeu com muita transparência, honestidade e preço muito competitivo. Se pudesse eu daria 10 estrelas.
Alencar was the most honest and helpful guy who attended to me after I called at least 5 technical assistance companies in BH who wanted to charge me absurd prices and some still making up problems on the notebook that I knew didn't exist, trying to "stick my eye". Alencar guided me, gave me all the support in changing the battery of a Dell notebook and served me with great transparency, honesty and very competitive price. If I could I would give 10 stars.

Levei meu notebook com um defeito na tela, mas não tinha o dinheiro necessário para fazer o conserto da forma ideal (uma tela nova). Eles conseguiram me oferecer uma alternativa com uma tela de 2a mão, com pequenos defeitos que pra mim não são problema. Consertei o notebook dentro do orçamento que eu tinha graças a flexibilidade e foco no cliente.
De agora em diante só levo meus equipamentos lá!
Serious company, committed to solving the customer's problem. I took my notebook with a defect in the screen, but I didn't have the money to do the repair in the ideal way (a new screen). They managed to offer me an alternative with a second hand screen, with small defects that are not a problem for me. I fixed the notebook within the budget that I had thanks to the flexibility and focus on the customer.
From now on I only take my equipment there!

Levei meu telefone para troca de placa de carga,e com menos de dois meses estava com o mesmo problema inicial,entrei em contato com a empresa e recebi a informação que a garantia sao somente 30 dias. Enfim,nao voltaria a fazer negócios, terei de pagar pelo mesmo trabalho em outra empresa.
Great service but poor product quality.
I took my phone to change the charging plate, and less than two months ago I had the same initial problem, I contacted the company and received the information that the warranty is only 30 days. Anyway, I would not do business again, I will have to pay for the same work in another company.
