★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Longo tempo para entrega (45 dias para a primeira tentativa); fechamento da sacada com muitos erros graves: 2 cm menor do que deveria ser, e além disso, o fechamento de sacada veio sem a parte do guarda-corpo fixa, que deveria ser separada da abertura da janela - vide foto); problemas com desinstalação do fechamento errado (manchas de silicone deixadas nos pisos da sacada e da garagem, muito difíceis de serem retiradas - ainda não consegui remover do piso da garagem, que é áspero como pedra e era novo); novo prazo muito longo para reinstalação (mais de 45 dias novamente); muitos problemas com reinstalação na segunda visita: vidros não vieram colocados e funcionário retornou à fábrica para buscar, levando 4 horas para a reinstalação ser feita; janelas com pintura escura muito danificada, com riscos muito aparentes, e funcionários sem tinta para fazer retoques (eu tinha tinta para pintar as arandelas da mesma cor, entreguei com pincel e pedi para fazerem a pintura dos riscos grossos no lado externo do fechamento da sacada, depois eu pintei os riscos da parte interna - tenho apenas uma foto, mas foram muitos riscos e marcas sem tinta); entre a moldura do fechamento da sacada e as paredes, não foi colocada cola de silicone para vedar a parte interna do fechamento, sendo aplicado silicone só na parte externa (o vão pode ser visto numa das fotos), e a cantoneira do teto caiu; na terceira visita, para colocarem o silicone de vedação do contorno e recolocarem a cantoneira de acabamento da parte superior, a cantoneira do acabamento lateral foi retirada usando-se força e foi entortada, não foi desentortada, então não grudou na cola de silicone colocada na parede e na moldura da janela, descolou e empurrou a moldura superior para fora, que como estava quase sem cola, descolou novamente; na quarta visita, feita para arrumar de novo a instalação, silicones pretos e trincados com o descolamento não foram retocados e as cantoneiras do acabamento foram apenas parafusadas diretamente na moldura do fechamento da sacada, para não caírem de novo, deixando os parafusos aparentes, sem nenhum tipo de acabamento, sendo que um deles atravessou o trilho de abertura da janela (isso não impede a abertura, mas ficou horrível). Tive que pedir para o funcionário colocar parafusos de forma simétrica no fechamento, em todo o contorno, para diminuir o aspecto de serviço mal feito. Não aceitei que fizessem uma quinta visita para vistoria dos erros e uma sexta visita para novos remendos, porque cansei de tantos problemas, tanta imperícia, tanta falta de capricho e tanta demora para resolver cada problema, e assumi a responsabilidade de fazer todos os retoques necessários. Não recomendo essa empresa.
 Long delivery time (45 days for the first attempt); balcony closure with many serious errors: 2 cm smaller than it should be, and in addition, the balcony closure came without the part of the guardrail fixed, which should be separated from the window opening (see photo); problems with uninstalling the wrong lock (silicone stains left on the balcony and garage floors, very difficult to remove - I still haven't been able to remove it from the garage floor, which is rough as stone and was new); new very long period for resettlement (more than 45 days again); many problems with reinstallation on the second visit: glasses were not placed and the employee returned to the factory to fetch, taking 4 hours for the reinstallation to be done; windows with very damaged dark paint, with very apparent scratches, and employees without paint to touch up (I had paint to paint the sconces of the same color, I delivered with a brush and asked to paint the thick scratches on the outside of the balcony closure , then I painted the scratches on the inside - I only have one photo, but there were many scratches and marks without ink); between the frame of the balcony closure and the walls, no silicone glue was placed to seal the internal part of the closure, silicone was applied only on the outside (the gap can be seen in one of the photos), and the corner of the ceiling fell; on the third visit, to place the contour sealing silicone and replace the top finishing corner, the side finishing corner was removed using force and was bent, it was not bent, so it didn’t stick to the silicone glue placed on the on the wall and in the window frame, it took off and pushed the top frame off, which as it was almost glue-free, took off again; on the fourth visit, made to fix the installation again, black silicones and cracked with the detachment were not touched up and the finishing angles were just screwed directly into the balcony closure frame, so as not to fall again, leaving the screws visible, without no type of finish, one of which crossed the window opening rail (this does not prevent the opening, but it was horrible). I had to ask the employee to place screws symmetrically in the closure, along the entire contour, to reduce the aspect of poorly done service. I did not accept that they made a fifth visit to inspect the errors and a sixth visit for new patches, because I got tired of so many problems, so much malpractice, so lack of caprice and so much delay to solve each problem, and I assumed the responsibility of doing all the necessary touch-ups. . I don't recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu moro em rua com ônibus e motos, por causa de entregas nas lanchonetes no térreo. Qualidade de vida melhorou muito porque a porta do terraço ficou com isolamento incrível. Da mesma forma a do quarto que, embora com a caixa de persiana que permite vazar som, o time técnico conseguiu fazer uma bela vedação. Pessoal do comercial e operação são profissional e atencioso. Recomendo

A Fabiana não desistiu de negociar comigo em nenhum momento enquanto eu pechinchava. Os 3 rapazes vieram instalar no dia combinado. Serviço limpo, organizado e silencioso. Trabalharam em harmonia e competência. Eu temia que as janelas acústicas fossem muito estranhas no ambiente. Mas são lindas, discretas e ficou até mais bonito com elas. Estou na paz com o silêncio que elas me deram!!
