★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou morando em Piratininga a ceca de 2 anos! Mandei um e-amil relatando vários problemas na unidade alugada (304/bloco 2) no início de ano de 2017. Alguns problemas foram consertados e alguns até hoje nada! Ja mandei alguns áudios para a Raíssa, responsável pela manutenção das unidades e fiz uma queixa em relação aos pisos que estão manchados e a mesma disse na ocasião que não poderia fazer nada, pois ja tinha passado o prazo, pois bem hoje sai para trabalhar e verifiquei que o novo vizinho estava sem piso e prontamente já tinha um outro para colocação! Passei outra mensagem, informando sobre esse assunto e a mesma me informou que na verdade eles possuem uma reserva técnica e que nao poderia me ceder, sem autorização! Totalmente um descaso! Entrarei até as últimas instâncias para resolver esse problema.

até agora sem poder trabalhar
