Falta de atenção total com o cliente.

Mas já deu para notar que é uma péssima administradora, já que li um comentário que não se importaram com a comprovação de renda da possível inquilina, sendo assim, certamente quem colocar seu imóvel para locação com eles, levará um prejuízo!!
Sem burocracia da comprovação de renda, a locação está fadada a inadimplência!!!
Pelo visto não pensam na dor de cabeça que o proprietário do imóvel terá, já que eles não dão a menor assistência, mesmo que por telefone!!
