★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei a compra de um tapete em 29/09 pelo programa ao vivo de tv. estão enrolando, venderam o que não tinham, fiz contato, enrolam pelo whatassap, prometem, mandam foto de tela de computador dizendo que esta a caminho, ja aceitei a troca por outro produto para evitar problemas, mesmo assim não chegou, resumindo, trata se empresa mau intencionada e meu proximo passo é a justiça, boleto de ocorrencia de estelionato, alias se alguém estiver com mesmo problema favor contatar para encorporarmos neste boletim mais pessoas e abrir o andamento do mesmo para abrir invesgitação contra a empresa pq. são várias reclamações deste abuso e posteriormente Juiz de Pequenas Causas.
I purchased a rug on 29/09 through the live tv show. they're stalling, they sold what they didn't have, I made contact, they scroll through whatassap, they promise, they send a photo of a computer screen saying it's on its way, I've already accepted the exchange for another product to avoid problems, it still didn't come, in short, it's about bad intentioned company and my next step is justice, slip of occurrence of embezzlement, by the way if someone has the same problem please contact us to incorporate more people in this bulletin and open the progress of the same to open investigation against the company pq. there are several complaints of this abuse and later Small Claims Judge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. As atendentes são educadas mas não sabem nada. Os móveis lindos mas não entregam a mercadoria. Já fazem 4 meses q fiz uma compra e não mandam entregar. Ligo todos os dias e não adianta.
Awful. The attendants are polite but know nothing. The furniture is beautiful but does not deliver the goods. It's been 4 months since I made a purchase and they haven't shipped. I call every day and it doesn't help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu nome é Franchesco, comprei um jogo de facas Suíças, apôs um longo tempo para fazerem a entrega descobri através da vendedora Luci que a mercadoria havia sido entregue, reclamei contestando e confirmando o não recebimento, então me mandou uma foto praticamente ilegível da nota fiscal assinada não sei por quem, reclamei e então entrou na conversa o Sr. Alison supervisor dizendo me mandar outra foto , o que não aconteceu, após muitas tentativas de contato impossível com todos da prime home decor e implorando pela mercadoria , o Sr Alison resolveu se pronunciar dizendo que meu caso foi enviado para o Sac. Isso vinte e cinco dias depois da primeira reclamação, pedi o número do Sac. e não me foi fornecido, até então meu pedido foi entregue em endereço errado e nada a empresa Prime Home Decor fez para reenviar o que foi comprado pago e não recebido, estou no aguardo da boa vontade d sse povo pouco profissional com respeito ao consumidor...
