★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma experiência péssima. A inquilina danificou coisas no apartamento e na vistoria não foi feito nada, mesmo com os comparativos de antes e depois. Fiquei no prejuízo total. Entregaram apartamento com pintura de péssima qualidade, cheio de manchas e tive que refazer tudo. Estragaram mobília da cozinha e também tive que arrumar sozinho. A imobiliária não foi capaz nem de cobrar os prejuízos deixados pelo inquilino e no final, me fizeram uma proposta digna de piada, nem respondi. Não recomendo nem aos inimigos, pois só dor de cabeça, enganação e mentira nos prazos. "Semana que vem vai chegar, vai instalar, vai... até hoje nada", foi uma novela o meu espelho do guarda-roupas que sumiu e nunca chegou o novo kkkkk. Me senti um palhaço e ainda pagava para isso.
It was a bad experience. The tenant damaged things in the apartment and nothing was done during the inspection, even with the before and after comparisons. I was at a total loss. They delivered apartment with poor quality paint, full of stains and I had to redo everything. They ruined kitchen furniture and I also had to fix it myself. The real estate company was not even able to collect the damages left by the tenant and in the end, they made me a proposal worthy of a joke, I didn't even respond. I don't even recommend it to enemies, because it's just a headache, deception and lies on deadlines. "Next week it will arrive, it will install, it will... so far nothing", was a soap opera my wardrobe mirror that disappeared and the new one never arrived lol. I felt like a clown and still paid for it.
