★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local para se alugar um imóvel, fui cobrada na vistoria de saída por coisas que constavam estragadas na vistoria inicial e tive que reformar entregando novo, para encerrar o contrato e não continuar pagando aluguel com imóvel fechado. São péssimos. Fujam da dor de cabeça. Me sinto lesada recebi algo estragado e devolvi novo para manter meu nome limpo. Paguei por ser correta com uma empresa péssima.
 Bad place to rent a property, I was charged at the exit inspection for things that were damaged in the initial inspection and had to renovate by delivering a new one, to terminate the contract and not continue paying rent with a property closed. They're terrible. Run away from the headache. I feel aggrieved I got something spoiled and I gave it back to keep my name clean. I paid for being correct with a terrible company.

Terrible attendance. They were charging for things in the house and imposing responsibility when I hadn't even made a contract!
Good thing they started doing that before signing. It was deliverance.
