★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazendo uma pesquisa na Internet resolvi fazer uma consulta na Prime, ao término a doutora solicitou que eu fizesse alguns exames e me passou uma estimativa de valores do procedimento, como estava fora do meu orçamento, naturalmente não fiz os exames. Após 01 ano, me ligaram com uma "oferta" para uma nova consulta sem cobrança de taxa, uma reavaliação com descontos que seriam concedidos após a consulta, pois bem, marcaram para 10:30, e fui atendido 01:20min isso depois de ter reclamado da espera que no meu entendimento não se justifica com um horário agendado, a mesma doutora (da vez anterior) me atendeu com à ficha de 01 ano atrás nas mãos, não me avaliou e perguntou se eu havia feito a panorâmica, que fora pedido 01 ano antes, enquanto ela olhava seu celular (rs...), eu não entendi direito, pois a pessoa que me ligou para esse agendamento (com esse atraso absurdo) em nenhum momento me instruiu sobre os exames que eu deveria levar, somente me falou sobre uma nova avaliação com uma "oportunidade" de reduzir os custos do tratamento, como a Doutora continuava ocupada com o cel, perguntei se a avaliação era só aquela (a da pergunta se eu havia levado o exame), e diante de sua afirmativa, agradeci (constrangido), e fui embora, para não tomar o tempo dele. Péssima experiência, infelizmente não recomendo...

After 01 year, they called me with an "offer" for a new consultation without charging a fee, a reassessment with discounts that would be granted after the consultation, well, they made an appointment for 10:30, and I was answered at 01:20, after having complained about the wait that in my understanding is not justified with a scheduled time, the same doctor (the previous time) attended me with the form of 01 year ago in her hands, she did not evaluate me and asked if I had taken the panoramic view, which had been requested 01 year before, while she was looking at her cell phone (lol...), I didn't understand it right, because the person who called me for this appointment (with this absurd delay) never instructed me about the exams I should take, only told me about a new assessment with an "opportunity" to reduce treatment costs, as the Doctor was still busy with the cell, I asked if the assessment was just that one (the one with the question if I had taken the exam), and in front of her affirmative, I thanked (embarrassed), and left, not to take his time. Bad experience, unfortunately I don't recommend it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura é excelente, porém o serviço deixa a desejar. Infelizmente a instituição não se compromete em entregar o serviço de acordo com o que é ofertado. A espera desde a contratação do serviço, a realização dos procedimentos é absurda. Devo ressaltar que, ainda que seja por um valor menor, o serviço continua sendo pago.
Se a empresa não tem condições prestar um serviço de qualidade a COMUNIDADE por um valor acessível, então seria melhor nem disponibilizar esse tipo de serviço.
Não recomendo a contratação do serviço.
The structure is excellent, but the service leaves something to be desired. Unfortunately, the institution is not committed to delivering the service according to what is offered. The wait since contracting the service, carrying out the procedures is absurd. I should point out that, even if it is for a lower amount, the service continues to be paid.
If the company cannot provide a quality service to the COMMUNITY at an affordable price, then it would be better not to provide this type of service.
I do not recommend hiring the service.
