★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica péssima. Paguei meu boleto todos os meses. Não tive atendimento. Depois de 2 anos meu nome foi protestado por falta de pagamento. Gente quem tiver carnês guardem um dia vocês podem precisar.
Lousy clinic. I paid my ticket every month. I didn't get any assistance. After 2 years my name was protested for non-payment. People who have booklets save one day you may need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em dez de 2016 fui paciente da Prime Odonto clinic. Em 2016 final do ano cheguei a clinica para continuar a o tratamento e a clinica encontrava-se fechada sem atendimento. Segundo a Sra. Patricia disse que a clinica sofreu um curto circuito. No entanto não tive comunicado nenhum por parte da empresa.Ainda paguei 03 meses mesmo sem atendimento, porque a Sra. Patrica prometia que em breve iriam atender em outra clinica, que nunca aconteceu. Já com os dentes prejudicados, no dia 2017 Pedi o cancelamento do meu tratamento, Sra.Patrica se negou a fazer. Entao procurei outra clinica para continuar o tratamento. Em maio de 2020 o meu nome foi protestado. Sem saber o que estava acontecendo fui ate a clinica e fiquei sabendo que o protesto foi em decorrente do cancelamento do contrato

Já com os dentes prejudicados, no dia 02/06/2017 Pedi o cancelamento do meu tratamento, Sra.Patrica se negou a fazer. Entao procurei outra clinica para continuar o tratamento. Em maio de 2020 o meu nome foi protestado. Sem saber o que estava acontecendo fui ate a clinica e fiquei sabendo que o protesto foi em decorrente do cancelamento do contrato. Então o José Charabe Neto cobrou-me R$ 220,00 do cancelamento do contrato. Pedi nota fiscal, o Jose Charabe Neto se negou emitir a nota. Queria saber o motivo desta cobrança abusiva.Não confio nesta clinica.

So José Charabe Neto charged me R $ 220.00 for the cancellation of the contract. I asked for an invoice, Jose Charabe Neto refused to issue the invoice. I wanted to know the reason for this abusive charge. I don't trust this clinic.
