Cheguei com meu companheiro no dia dos Namorados para jantar, foi nos oferecido a opção de rodízio através de um cardápio que dizia R$ 120,00 o casal. Quando fomos nos servir no buffet do rodízio fomos interpelados por um funcionário que não compreendeu que éramos um casal e no momento que foi informado agiu como se esta opção não estivesse disponível para nós dois. Sentindo a estranheza que foi causada pela interpelação do funcionário decidimos não ficar. Situação bizarra que nunca passei na vida...
Terrible service, unorganized and rude staff! I arrived with my companion on Valentine's Day for dinner, was offered the option of carvery through a menu that said $ 120.00 the couple. When we were served at the carvery buffet we were approached by an employee who did not understand that we were a couple and the moment he was informed he acted as if this option was not available to both of us. Os pratos são incríveis em sabor e apresentação. Sou só elogios ao Prime, quando não vou pessoalmente peço delivery.
Prime has, without a doubt, the best service from Paulo Afonso. Super polite and attentive guys. In addition, the quality is always independent of having many customers or not on the day.
