★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativo: Guias turísticos não são solícitos quando demandados pelo whatsapp, e também pessoalmente, não prestam informações completas sobre os passeios, parece que estamos incomodando ao pedir informações; não aceitaram cartão de crédito para pagamento do passeio alegando que a maquineta estava com defeito; procedimento amador, demonstrando pouco profissionalismo na prestação do serviço; o guia que nos acompanhou nas hidrelétricas da chesf não abriu a boca para explicar NADA, apenas mostrava onde eram as paradas e chamava para ir embora. Dizem que só podem 4 pessoas no carro pois o guia vai dentro do nosso carro, mas na hora foi apenas 1 guia para 4 carros.
Positivo: O local fica num ponto da cidade bem acessível, com amplo estacionamento.
No final das contas, deu tudo certo e o passeio foi incrível.
Negative: Tour guides are not helpful when asked by whatsapp, and also personally, they do not provide complete information about the tours, it seems that we are bothering when asking for information; they did not accept a credit card to pay for the tour, claiming that the contraption was defective; amateur procedure, demonstrating little professionalism in the provision of the service; the guide who accompanied us to the chesf hydroelectric plants did not open his mouth to explain ANYTHING, he only showed us where the stops were and called us to leave. They say that only 4 people can be in the car because the guide goes inside our car, but at the time it was only 1 guide for 4 cars.
Positive: The location is in a very accessible part of the city, with ample parking.
In the end, everything worked out and the tour was amazing.
