 Washing was full of gross flaws and ruined the light on my car's license plate. I'll never go back to that place again.

I am a driver app, the price is compatible and I was attended to as soon as I arrived (there was no queue) polite staff with waiting room, clean bathroom and quick vehicle cleaning ... I recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrasaram a lavagem do meu carro, cheguei no horário combinado e não tinham feito nem metade do serviço alegando dificuldade de lavar a parte inferior do veículo. Peguei o carro sem a lavagem completa conforme o combinado, e ainda me cobraram 40 reais pelo serviço péssimo. Não recomendo.
They delayed washing my car, I arrived at the agreed time and they hadn't even done half the job, alleging difficulty in washing the underside of the vehicle. I took the car without washing it completely as agreed, and they still charged me 40 reais for the terrible service. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Ontem dia 08/03/2022 levei meu carro pra lavar e quando retornei pra pegar, um ENORME TRINCADO NO PARABRISA.... Pedi que olhassem a filmagem pq logo na entrada tem uma câmera que identifica quando entrei e o parabrisa estava normal... Meu carro é novo, então peguei as fotos e filmagem do prédio que moro quando sai pra levar o carro pra lavar, sou cliente de lá, e o mais estranho é que quando fui buscar meu carro estava na rua embaixo de uma arvorezinha, coisa que nunca aconteceu. Chateada P. da vida com a situação. Abaixo, estão as fotos do prédio onde moro que consegui com síndico pra mostrar a eles que realmente não tinha nenhum problema no Parabrisa quando deixei o carro lá. Em seguida a foto do tamanho do trinco quando fui buscar, mais de dois palmos... INACEITÁVEL ISSO.
Terrible. Yesterday 03/08/2022 I took my car to wash and when I returned to pick it up, a HUGE CRACK IN THE WINDSHIELD.... I asked them to look at the footage because right at the entrance there is a camera that identifies when I entered and the windshield was normal.. My car is new, so I took the photos and footage of the building I live in when I go out to take the car to wash, I'm a customer there, and the strange thing is that when I went to pick up my car it was on the street under a little tree, something that never happened. Upset P. of life with the situation. Below are the photos of the building where I live that I got from the landlord to show them that I really didn't have any problems with the Windshield when I left the car there. Then the photo of the size of the latch when I went to get it, more than two palms... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
