Queria ir a Buenos Aires de 25/05 a 31/05. Agendei com Patrícia Santana. No início muito cortês, falante. Disse que queria vôo direto Azul ida 12:25 volta 16:45. E hospedagem na Recoleta ou Palermo. Fui imediatamente contrariada. Ela já foi logo dizendo que era caro e distante. Melhor no microcentro. Só que eu já havia pesquisado. Para ver as atrações do centro, bastaria pegar um rádio táxi, de manhã e até a tarde já teria visto o principal. Poderia agir assim por 2 dias. No mais queria estar perto da Calle Murillo e das lojas de couro. Quando voltei,ela tinha errado o vôo da volta e posto para 06:35 h. Disse que não queria este horário. Desde o início era à tarde a volta. Ela tentou mudar, mas tinha dobrado de preço. Tive que alterar tudo! Foi para 21/05 a 26/05. Perdi um dia. E mais outro lá, pois 25/05 era feriado da República. Nada abre. Ótimo não? Como se não bastasse esse erro, deu palpite no show de tango também. Eu queria com jantar e traslado e ela disse que vá comida era ruim. Tive que dar a entender que sabia disso, mas queria ter o direito de viver a experiência. Jesus!! E fiquei sem o tango

Fiz uma viagem pro Chile com a agência por ter sido ofertado voo direto de Belo Horizonte e Hotel 5 estrelas, sendo que o voo demorou o dobro do tempo pra chegar e o aviao da Sky é terrivelmente desconfortável, sequer reclina o banco e não cabe as pernas de quem tem mais 1,80 pois os bancos são muito apertados, além de não servirem uma agua sequer, tudo pago e bem caro por sinal. Mas a pegadinha maior é o hotel, ele tem duas torres e a que te hospedam é a dos fundos que não deve alcançar 03 estrelas contra as cinco oferecidas, enfim não vale a pena, muito melhor fazer o passeio particular que fica bem mais em conta.

Boa empresa é com bons pacotes. Mas acho o retorno deles muito lento e os preços caros. Mas é uma empresa boa para viagens de luxo.
