Recarregue o cartucho preto, que foi cobrado claro, e me foi informado que precisaria somente o cartucho colorido original para que a impressora voltasse a imprimir. Disseram que foram feitos testes e tudo ok. Comprei o cartucho colorido e nada da impressora imprimir. Levei de volta e desse vez me foi informado que a mesma estava queimada. Como assim? Porque não foi informado antes, uma vez que a impressora não estava sendo usada. Eu não gastaria com a compra de um cartucho original a toa. Não levo mais, não indico pra ninguém, Péssimo atendimento e serviço além da má vontade. Sou obrigada a dar ao menos 1 estrela, porém não considerem, pois não dou nenhuma estrela para este estabelecimento.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I had to take my printer in for service. Refill the black cartridge, which was charged of course, and I was informed that I would only need the original color cartridge for the printer to print again. They said tests were done and everything was ok. I bought the color cartridge and the printer does not print. I took it back and this time I was informed that it was burnt. Like this? Because it was not informed before, since the printer was not being used. I wouldn't spend on buying an original cartridge for nothing. I don't take it anymore, I don't recommend it to anyone, Bad service and bad will. I am obliged to give at least 1 star, but do not consider it, as I do not give any stars to this establishment.
