★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento sem empatia e serviço de recarga não é transparente: um cartucho não aceitava mais recarga e o outro estava com a placa danificada ( segundo a empresa ECOJET). Mesmo assim, esse técnico dessa PRINT SYSTEM me cobrou as "recargas" e ainda me orientou a " não deixar de usar o cartucho pelo menos uma vez/ semana, para que não resseque". Soube então, que isso também era outra desinformação por parte desta mesma empresa. NÃO RECOMENDO!
Service without empathy and refill service is not transparent: one cartridge no longer accepted refills and the other had a damaged plate (according to the company ECOJET). Even so, this PRINT SYSTEM technician charged me for "refills" and even advised me to "don't stop using the cartridge at least once a week, so it doesn't dry out". I knew then that this was also another misinformation on the part of this same company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
