Acho injusto a gente chegar cedo e outra pessoa vir e passar na nossa frente. Pensa que a gente não tem o que fazer. Uma palhaçada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe foi a clínica pra realizar um exame ao ser chamada no painel para atendimento e se deslocar até o consultório colocaram outra paciente na sua frente. Foi na recepção questionar e foi ignorada pelas recepcionistas. Quando realmente chegou sua fez encaminharam para o andar de cima sendo que o médico atendia no andar de baixo e ouvimos as recepcionistas se referirem a ela como a louca: cadê a louca ? Frase dita por elas. Minha mãe tem quase 70 anos e problema crônico no joelho visivelmente e mesmo assim disseram pra ela subir escadas sem necessidade. Pra quem tem como slogan: sempre ao seu lado...... lamentável a forma como tratam pacientes na maioria idosos. Péssimo atendimento
My mother went to the clinic to perform an exam when she was called on the panel for assistance and to go to the office they placed another patient in front of her. It was at the reception to question and was ignored by the receptionists. When she finally arrived, she was sent upstairs and the doctor answered downstairs and we heard the receptionists refer to her as the crazy person: where's the crazy person? Phrase spoken by them. My mother is almost 70 years old and has a noticeable chronic knee problem and yet she was told to climb stairs unnecessarily. For those who have the slogan: always by your side ... ... unfortunate the way they treat patients, mostly elderly. Terrible attendance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo mundo de cara emburrada. Parece que a gente ta incomodando em ta alí, mas o problema maior é a falta de profissionalismo. Na consulta inicial esperei 3 horas pelo médico, eu fui o primeiro a ser atendido pq cheguei bem cedo. Voltei outro dia pra fazer um exame 2 horas pra fazer. E eu era o segundo da fila. Uma falta de respeito enorme.
Everyone with a sullen face. We seem to be bothering here, but the biggest problem is the lack of professionalism. In the initial consultation I waited 3 hours for the doctor, I was the first to be seen because I arrived very early. I came back the other day to take a 2 hour exam. And I was second in line. A huge lack of respect.
