 Not very pleasant, not to mention a bad word, in the middle of an emergency the hospital finds itself without anyone on the x-ray, imagine a serious case, what would it be like?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento via whatsapp para marcar uma consulta, não atendem, ficam online e não respondem. Isso quando n te deixam 3 horas na fila de espera.
Terrible service via whatsapp to make an appointment, do not answer, go online and do not respond. That's when n leave you 3 hours in the queue.

Normalmente o atendimento é rápido.
O melhor do hospital é o fato de ser especializado em cuidados com criança , então evita a criança ter contato com adultos doentes,fato importante levando em conta o momento pandemico que vivemos.

Você chega na recepção e não tem atendente, chega pra fazer triagem e simplesmente o enfermeiro some, e haja disposição para esperar ser chamado pela equipe médica...isso tudo estou relatando numa emergência.
Total lack of respect for their patients.
You arrive at the reception and there is no attendant, you arrive to do triage and the nurse simply disappears, and there is a willingness to wait to be called by the medical team... I am reporting all this in an emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corpo clinico muito bom, mas o que tem prejudicado muito a imagem da clínica é o atendimento para agendar uma consulta ou outro procedimento. As redes sociais são péssimas, instagram nao repondem de jeito nenhum , no Whatsapp é uma demora para responderem . Precisa ser revisto isto, é uma falta de respeito com o cliente. Parece que estamos indo em busca de um serviço público e não de um particular.
Very good clinical staff, but what has greatly harmed the clinic's image is the service to schedule an appointment or other procedure. Social media sucks, instagram doesn't respond at all, whatsapp takes a long time to respond. This needs to be reviewed, it's a lack of respect for the customer. It seems that we are looking for a public service and not a private one.
