Quero apenas uma resposta de como está o meu pedido, não é possível uma empresa tão grande ser tão difícil um contato do cliente
I made a purchase with payment via pix on 12/17/2021. Since then, I've tried unsuccessfully to contact the company (email doesn't work, phone blocked to receive calls, website chat didn't respond and even through Instagram direct I didn't get a response).
I just want an answer on how my request is going, it's not possible for such a big company to be so difficult for a customer to contact
