★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pois realizei os meus exames de endoscopia no dia 05/04/2022 e até hoje eu não recebi os resultados, ligo e me informaram que não tem previsão.
Inacreditável que nem a gestora Elza consegue resolver o meu problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi boa. Chegamos às 7:30 hs, as 9.20 disseram que o preparo já estava concluído que ele já iria subir. Ele subiu as 10:30. As 12:30 avisaram (porque eu fui perguntar)que ele já havia acabado e iria sair logo São 14.10 e nada!! Um absurdo. Reclamei, mas disseram que tá demorando porque a médica está em outro procedimento e só ela pode liberar. Que descaso com o paciente!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Focam no marketing para atração de clientes mas não entregam o básico: O RESULTADO DOS EXAMAES! Estou há semanas solicitando o resultado e imagem e simplesmente não dão informação concreta. Primeiro disseram que eu deveria agendar para coletar os resultados (pelo wapp). Agora, depois de semanas esperando notícias, informaram que eu deveria ter recebido no dia (no atendimento por telefone que tenho a gravação), o que não aconteceu e questionamos a pessoa do atendimento no dia. Essa nos informou que bastava irmos qualquer dia para coletá-lo. Detalhe importante. Todas essas tratativas estão registradas e podem ser comprovadas. Um absurdo. Uma bagunça!
Terrible! They focus on marketing to attract customers but don't deliver the basics: THE RESULTS OF THE EXAMS! I've been asking for the result and image for weeks and they just don't give concrete information. First they said that I should schedule to collect the results (via wapp). Now, after weeks of waiting for news, they informed me that I should have received it on the day (in the telephone service I have the recording), which did not happen and we questioned the person in the service on the day. This one informed us that all we had to do was go any day to collect it. Important detail. All these negotiations are registered and can be verified. An absurdity. A mess!

Fiz uma Colonoscopia, me ligaram sempre as vésperas do exame para confirmar se o preparo estava sendo realizado e se teria alguma dúvida, no dia do exame fui muito bem atendido, tanto pela recepção, quanto pela enfermagem e médico, que me explicou tudo antes do exame e, após o procedimento, veio novamente para explicar como tinha sido e explicar todas as dúvidas.
No dia seguinte aí procedimento, entraram em contato para saber como estava me sentindo, e mais uma vez, informando que qualquer dúvida ou problema, seria só entrar em contato para esclarecimentos.
Recomendo sem nenhum receio.

I had a Colonoscopy, they always called me on the eve of the exam to confirm if the preparation was being carried out and if I had any questions, on the day of the exam I was very well attended, both by the reception, by the nursing and doctor, who explained everything to me before the exam. examination and, after the procedure, came again to explain how it had gone and to explain all doubts.
The day after the procedure, they got in touch to find out how I was feeling, and once again, informing me that any questions or problems, just get in touch for clarification.
I recommend it without any fear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há muitos anos, qundo os exames eram feitos somente pelo Dr Paulo e Dr Flavio. Embora os médicos da equipe sejam bons, não posso dizer o mesmo da equipe de enfermagem, infelizmente. A última vez que lá estive, ontem, para uma endoscopia, como aconteceu com meu marido alguns meses antes inclusive, uma profissional inábil e totalmente despreparada fez o acesso. No meu caso, além de furar as 2 mãos, porque a 1a causou caimbras, provavelmente por ter atingido um nervo, ocasionou um inchaço roxo na veia utilizada e algumas horas mais tarde apareceu uma tromboflebite da mesma veia próximo ao meu pulso. No caso do meu marido, após várias tentativas (leia-se furos) em ambas as mãos, decidiram fazer o acesso no braço. Ocorre que tais exames são feitos após o paciente estar em jejum por várias horas, desidratado, num ambiente super refrigerado por horas, o que causa uma dificuldade em localizar as veias. Seria recomendável uma hidratação com soro antes do exame. Tempo é o que não falta, já que a espera é sempre longa. Os atrasos são recorrentes. Acho que um mínimo de cuidado com o paciente seria recomendável. Bastante desapontada com a fábrica de exames que se tornou está clínica.

The last time I was there, yesterday, for an endoscopy, as happened to my husband a few months before, an unskilled and totally unprepared professional made the access. In my case, in addition to puncturing the 2 hands, because the 1st one caused cramps, probably because it hit a nerve, it caused a purple swelling in the vein used and a few hours later a thrombophlebitis appeared in the same vein near my wrist. In the case of my husband, after several attempts (read holes) in both hands, they decided to access the arm. It so happens that such tests are performed after the patient has been fasting for several hours, dehydrated, in a super-cooled environment for hours, which causes difficulty in locating the veins. It would be recommended a hydration with serum before the exam. There is no shortage of time, as the wait is always long. Delays are recurring. I think a minimum of patient care would be recommended. Very disappointed with the exam factory that this clinic has become.
