Segue o ocorrido.
No dia 14/02/2020 (último sábado) fui com meu marido tomar as vacinas da gripe (4V) e tríplice bacteriana dtpa. Fui recomendada, inclusive, pelo meu marido, que tomou a primeira dose da vacina de Hepatite com vocês e gostou, pois foi rápido e sem complicações. Deixe-me relatar minha experiência.
1 – Após uma longa espera, chegou minha vez de fazer o cadastro antes de tomar a vacina. Uma menina loira com tatuagens no braço (quase certeza que o nome é Camila) me atendeu e disse que pessoas que estavam atrás de mim estavam na minha frente. Não entendi e falei que havia chegado antes delas. Ela me respondeu um “que horas?” em um tom que não me agradou nem um pouco, pois me deu a impressão de que poderia estar me chamando de mentirosa. Péssimo cartão de visitas. Eu REALMENTE me arrependi de não ter saído da fila e ter ido para Prevcenter. Só não o fiz porque estou gestante de 6 meses e precisava da vacina rápido.
2 – Efetuei o pagamento das vacinas e aguardei minha vez. Parecia que aquela era a primeira aplicação realizada pela profissional que me atendeu (também uma loira, mas não lembro de mais detalhes). Ela não me transmitiu nenhuma segurança no que estava fazendo. Fiquei vários minutos ali até ela me aplicar a vacina. Após a primeira aplicação, ela fez a segunda no outro braço, só que SEM aplicar o álcool antes. Eu só me toquei que não havia passado álcool após a aplicação. E para finalizar, ela conseguiu colocar o band-aid ERRADO. Sim, ela cobriu o furo da aplicação com a parte onde fica a cola! O algodão estava cobrindo minha pele apenas.
Outra situação que contribuiu para minha péssima experiência, foi protocolo adotado durante a aplicação da vacina. A profissional me mostrou o lote, a validade e tudo. Mas na hora de passar o conteúdo para a injeção, ela sai da sala e não faz isso na minha frente. Como vou ficar segura se ela preencheu a injeção corretamente?
Meu marido foi em um dia no qual ele era o único cliente, mas gostou muito da aplicação da Camila (a loira com tatuagens nos braços). Recomendo realocar as funções das funcionárias. Coloque a inexperiente para realizar o cadastro e deixe a Camila aplicando as vacinas. E mude esse protocolo de sair da sala para encher a vacina na seringa. Realize o procedimento na frente do cliente.
Espero que esse meu depoimento sirva para melhorar o serviço. Se nada for feito, cobrar mais barato do que os outros lugares não garantirá a sobrevivência do negócio por muito tempo.

On 02/14/2020 (last Saturday) I went with my husband to get the flu vaccines (4V) and triple bacterial dtpa. I was even recommended by my husband, who took the first dose of the Hepatitis vaccine with you and liked it, because it was quick and without complications. Let me report my experience.
1 - After a long wait, it was my turn to register before taking the vaccine. A blonde girl with tattoos on her arm (almost sure her name is Camila) answered me and said that people behind me were in front of me. I didn't understand and said that I had arrived before them. She answered me “what time?” in a tone that did not please me at all, because it gave me the impression that he could be calling me a liar. Bad business card. I REALLY regretted not getting out of line and going to Prevcenter. I just didn't do it because I'm 6 months pregnant and I needed the vaccine fast.
2 - I paid for the vaccines and waited for my turn. It seemed that this was the first application made by the professional who attended me (also a blonde, but I don't remember any more details). She gave me no confidence in what she was doing. I stayed there for several minutes until she gave me the vaccine. After the first application, she did the second on the other arm, only WITHOUT applying alcohol before. I just realized that there was no alcohol after the application. And finally, she managed to put the WRONG band-aid. Yes, she covered the hole in the application with the part where the glue is! The cotton was just covering my skin.
Another situation that contributed to my bad experience was the protocol adopted during the application of the vaccine. The professional showed me the lot, the validity and everything. But when it comes to giving the contents for the injection, she leaves the room and doesn't do it in front of me. How will I be sure if she filled the injection correctly?
My husband went on a day when he was the only client, but he really liked Camila's application (the blonde with tattoos on her arms). I recommend relocating the functions of the employees. Put the inexperienced to register and let Camila apply the vaccines. And change this protocol of leaving the room to fill the vaccine in the syringe. Perform the procedure in front of the customer.
I hope that my testimony serves to improve the service. If nothing is done, charging cheaper than other places will not guarantee the business's survival for long.
