Coloquei uma estrela pois outra vez que fui com minha mãe para resolver um assunto conseguimos retorno. Mas o horário de atendimento é péssimo.
It is absurd that they only attend in the afternoon, I work at school in the afternoon. This service had to be in the morning as well. I put a star because once again I went with my mother to resolve a matter we got a return. But the opening hours are terrible.

É uma vergonha esse Procon de Ipatinga, atendimento só marcado apesar de ridículo podemos relevar, mais ligar em uma segunda-feira e ser informado que precisa ir pessoalmente na quinta-feira pra agendar um horário pra ser atendido, nunca vi tamanho absurdo e não venham usar a pandemia como desculpa porque Ipatinha já não vive a pandemia faz tempo...Isso é completamente desrespeitoso!
When does Procon completely disregard the population we turn to? It's a shame this Procon in Ipatinga, service only by appointment, although ridiculous, we can ignore it, but call on a Monday and be informed that you need to go in person on Thursday to schedule a time to be attended, I've never seen such absurdity and don't come using the pandemic as an excuse because Ipatinha has not lived through the pandemic for a long time...
