★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu liguei para 151 e não estão atendendo mais, devido ao covid. as pessoas ja voltaram todos a sua rotina normal .. Porem eles não.. não entendo isso. Passaram um telefone para falar pelo zap. Mas ate agora nada, me comuniquei, falei no zap o que estava ocorrerndo, a mensagem chegou, mas ninguem me respondeu. Precisamos de orientação e não temos um canal para nos esclarecer certos assuntos.
 I called 151 and they are no longer answering, due to covid. people have all gone back to their normal routine.. But they don't.. I don't understand that. They passed a phone to talk on zap. But so far nothing, I communicated, I told zap what was happening, the message arrived, but no one answered me. We need guidance and we don't have a channel to clarify certain matters.

You open a complaint online, look up the protocol and get nothing. There is no update on how the process is progressing, there is no deadline for response, NOTHING.

Tentei contato mas sem sucesso, o site pede uma quantidade enorme de informações que dependendo da situação o consumidor não possui, e aí ficamos sem solução nenhuma!
Just like 90% of public bodies, they don't work!
I tried to contact but without success, the site asks for a huge amount of information that depending on the situation the consumer does not have, and then we have no solution!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do atendimento qualificado do PROCON RJ. Mas precisa ser ENÉRGICO propondo AÇÕES CIVIS PÚBLICAS contra os abusos/ilícitos das operadoras/admnistradoras dos planos de saúde como faz o PROCON SP!
Olhem a quantidade de abusos diários da unimed rio juntamente com uma administradora de nome " QV benefícios/ Qualivida administradora.
Estas empresas merecem FISCALIZAÇÃO/MONITORAÇÃO cerrada do PROCON RJ!
I really like the qualified service provided by PROCON RJ. But you need to be STRONG proposing PUBLIC CIVIL ACTIONS against the abuses/illegalities of health plan operators/administrators as PROCON SP does!
Look at the amount of daily abuses of unimed rio together with an administrator named " QV benefits / Qualivida administrator.
These companies deserve close INSPECTION/MONITORING by PROCON RJ!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cheguei a realizar uma reclamação no Procon do RJ, pois não sou do estado. Mas sugiro que se atentem aos restaurantes, referente as taxas de serviço obrigatórias. Em apenas um estabelecimento constava uma placa dizendo "Não cobramos taxas, deixe uma gorjeta voluntária pelo serviço prestado se foi bem atendido". Nos outros, além de não ter aviso sobre a taxa, já vem embutida na nota no momento da prestação de conta. Na minha opinião quem deve pagar o serviço prestado são os donos do local, caso simpatizamos com o atendimento ou tenha algo diferenciado, o valor deveria ser imposto pelo cliente. Não algo fixo pelo próprio estabelecimento. Considero esta, uma prática abusiva.
I didn't get to make a complaint at Procon do RJ, because I'm not from the state. But I suggest that you pay attention to the restaurants, regarding the mandatory service fees. In only one establishment there was a sign saying "We don't charge fees, leave a voluntary tip for the service provided if you were well attended". In the others, in addition to not having notice about the fee, it is already embedded in the bill at the time of rendering the account. In my opinion, who should pay for the service provided are the owners of the place, if we sympathize with the service or have something different, the value should be imposed by the customer. Not something fixed by the establishment itself. I consider this an abusive practice.

Há dias tento fazer uma reclamação sobre uma empresa que não cumpre o conserto/troca na garantia. Simplesmente é impossível, por mais que eu coloque todos os dados solicitados e faça uma redação sobre o ocorrido, a única resposta que sempre recebo é a mesma: que não dão continuidade na reclamação por falta de dados…
Genteeee, nem sei mais que dados passar!!! Faço tudo que pedem!
Falar por telefone para marcar horário presencial ou tirar alguma dúvida, é outra coisa que é uma “missão impossível”!!!
PROCON realmente está deixando a desejar.?

I've been trying for days to file a complaint about a company that doesn't perform the repair/exchange under warranty. It is simply impossible, as much as I put in all the requested data and write an essay about what happened, the only answer I always get is the same: that they do not continue the complaint due to lack of data…
Guys, I don't even know what data to pass!!! I do everything they ask!
Talking on the phone to schedule an appointment in person or ask any questions, is another thing that is an “impossible mission”!!!
PROCON is really lacking.?
