O síndico acha o dono do condomínio, não respeita as escolhas feitas pelos moradores em assembléia, não multa ninguém para não se indispor com os moradores e perder seu salário. Caso vc queira um síndico apenas para gerir as contas do condomínio, essa é a única opção, pq o resto não faz nada!
I am giving grade 1 because there is no less. The liquidator finds the owner of the condominium, does not respect the choices made by the residents in assembly, does not fine anyone for not being upset with the residents and losing their salary. If you want a liquidator just to manage the condominium accounts, this is the only option, because the rest does nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável o trabalho deles. Pela segunda vez tento pedir algo para fazer no local onde EU MORO e simplesmente falam que não sem nem avaliar as condições que nos encontramos. Na primeira vez precisava me mudar em meio a pandemia, para não pagar dois condomínios. Me autorizaram a mudar sem eu poder terminar de pintar e colocar os móveis. Talvez colocar os móveis primeiro e pintar o gesso é fácil pra eles. Agora, pedi para anteciparem o fato de poder reservar com antecedência a churrasqueira que estará disponível em 27 de agosto e também só podem abrir em 27 de agosto. Como planejo algo pro dia 28 se não sei se conseguirei reservar? Nem pedi para antecipar a abertura, somente para liberar a reserva. Triste o descaso. Fora que são legais quando está tudo certo, se você tiver reclamação, simplesmente são rudes e te ignoram.
