★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comentar por aqui, pra ver se retornam. . . ligo na loja NGM atende na maioria das vezes... quando UMA vez atenderam, eu expliquei que havia enviado uma foto de uma cadeira que comprei no passado, e gostaria entao de ver se ainda existe o mesmo modelo pois quero compra-la novamente... passaram-se meses, e nada de retorno...

Falam que esse canal é somente loja física, mas não tem canal para o site. Entrei em contato pelo telefone da loja e fui bem atendido, mas não podem resolver nada do site. E tenho certeza que meus cartões e meus dados estão corretos, pois posso comprar em qualquer site que funciona. Querem separar o site da loja física, porém o site leva o nome da loja e se não respondem por lá e o telefone não existe, então só temos esse canal. Se me responderem lá e resolverem meu problema, mudo a quantidade de estrelas aqui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merece 1 estrela só pela resposta do comentário abaixo dizendo que a garantia por lei da loja é de 7 dias por isso não quiseram trocar o produto para o cliente, mas a garantia é de 90 dias. Estava pensando em ir mas mudei de ideia pelos comentários e respostas da loja, além de não terem me respondido no WhatsApp que fiz contato há muito tempo já.
Deserves 1 star just for the response to the comment below saying that the guarantee by law of the store is 7 days so they didn't want to exchange the product for the customer, but the guarantee is 90 days.
