★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje foi um dia muito frustrante para nós, meu marido comprou um notebook Samsung de mais de 3milreais, recebemos o produto em uma caixa de papelão semi-aberta, rasgada sem proteção que sequer tivemos condições de abrir, por receio de o produto já estar danificado, fizemos pedido de devolução que até o presente momento, ainda não foi confirmado. É inadmissível que uma empresa como SAMSUNG coloque seus produtos, qualidade e a sua marca à venda feita por empresas com, “AMERICANAS” que depreciação sua a marca na forma conduz sua logística de entrega dos produtos. Queremos que a SAMSUNG atue perante a AMERICANAS no sentido de que seus produtos sejam entregues de acordo com excelência, segurança que a marca conquistou no mercado.
Today was a very frustrating day for us, my husband bought a Samsung notebook for more than 3 thousand reais, we received the product in a semi-opened cardboard box, torn without protection that we were not even able to open, for fear the product was already damaged , we made a return request that has not yet been confirmed. It is unacceptable that a company like SAMSUNG puts its products, quality and its brand for sale made by companies with, “AMERICANS” that depreciation their brand in the way they conduct their logistics of delivery of products. We want SAMSUNG to act before AMERICANAS in the sense that its products are delivered in accordance with excellence, security that the brand has conquered in the market.
