★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colocamos uma estrela porque realmente não tem a opção do zero.. atendimento horrível, uma que as atendentes não são capazes de verificar seu caso, vc conta o ocorrido e ela fala.. É isso aí.. em qualquer lugar do.mundo vc no mínimo é bem atendido quando quer pagar.. aí não, te fazem esperar por uma água que nem potável é.. essa empresa é uma vergonha!
We put a star because it really doesn’t have the option of zero .. horrible service, one that the attendants are not able to verify your case, you tell what happened and she says .. That's it… anywhere in the world. minimum is well attended when you want to pay ... no, they make you wait for water that is not even drinkable ... this company is a shame!

Uma total falta de respeito com o consumidor que paga as contas em dia.

No meu caso fui bem atendido e apesar de não resolverem o meu caso congelaram a minha senha para quando eu voltasse não precisar enfrentar fila. Gostei
