★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefone péssimo, horrível, liguei para marcar um consulta e tive que ligar 8 vezes para ser atendido na última após 20 minutos de espera, por fim não consegui marcar e a recepcionista simplesmente no meio da ligação encerrou a chamada falta de respeito com o cliente, o pior de tudo é a administração que não vê isso pois aqui mesmo no Google o que mais tem e avaliação falando sobre atendimento.... Não adianta investirem na estética do lugar e não há nem o básico que é o atendimento...
 Terrible phone service, horrible, I called to make an appointment and had to call 8 times to be answered in the last one after 20 minutes of waiting, finally I couldn't make an appointment and the receptionist simply in the middle of the call ended the call lack of respect for the customer , the worst of all is the administration that doesn't see this because even here on Google what else there is and evaluation talking about service.... It's no use investing in the aesthetics of the place and there's not even the basics that is service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do Dr. Frederico, mas tenho horror em pensar em ir até a clinica. Conseguir atendimento para marcar consulta é praticamente impossível. Tem que ir até o local a maior parte das vezes. Precisam de uma gestão urgente para melhoria de atendimento ao cliente. Se tiver outro local, recomendo que vão para ele. Promédica, atendimento péssimo
I really like Dr. Frederico, but I'm terrified at the thought of going to the clinic. Getting service to make an appointment is practically impossible. You have to go there most of the time. They need urgent management to improve customer service. If you have another location, I recommend you go there. Medical, bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo espaço e excelentes profissionais, porém para agendar uma consulta ou obter qualquer informação através do telefone não tem nenhuma condição. Melhor é ir até o local, pois a demora na linha é demais. Já cheguei a ficar mais de 45 minutos na linha

Tive uma consulta no fim de Novembro e o grau q a médica receitou não ficou bom, tentei retornar mas pelo whats te ignoram, ligando agem como robôs, fui obrigada a remarcar nova consulta em vez de retorno (para inicio de Fevereiro) , faz 2 meses q estou com os olhos lacrimejando, no fim do dia não consigo ler mais nada! Chegando a data eles desmarcaram a consulta (1 dia antes) ai queriam me por com outro oftalmo, quando falei q só posso no horário do almoço me ignoraram e não responderam mais.
FORA O MAL ATENDIMENTO LA É LOTADO COMO O SUS.

I had an appointment at the end of November and the medical qa degree prescribed was not good, tried to return but at whats ignore you, linking act like robots, I was forced to further consultation reschedule instead of return (to early February) is 2 months q I am with watery eyes at the end of the day I can not read anything else! Getting the date they desmarcaram consultation (1 day before) there wanted me to another ophthalmologist, when I spoke q can only at lunchtime ignored me and did not respond more.
OUT ILL CALL LA is SOLD AS SUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto eu como meu esposo só passamos pelo Oftalmologista Dr. Frederico, excelente profissional, sempre pronto à nos atender. A clínica é linda e confortável, mas infelizmente a recepção peca no atendimento. Se é telefone não atendendem quando atendem deixam esperando até a ligação cair ou desligam. Whatsap não respondem as mensagens. É muito complicação.

A ligação agradece a paciência - e tem que agradecer muito mesmo. Tem que ter muita vontade de passar com um médico da Promédica para aturar isso. Telefone dificílimo, demora 30 minutos pra ser atendido (quando consegue). Acabei de ficar 30 minutos no telefone quando chegou minha vez na linha a ligação caiu
A recepção presencial SEMPRE lotada e demorada - é muita gente para poucas atendentes. Os responsáveis pela clínica devem saber que isso acontece, mas a recepção que se vire em atender 1.000 pessoas + o telefone em apenas 2 ou 3 pessoas. O paciente que lute.
Oferecem um atendimento por WhatsApp que NUNCA funciona. Era melhor não oferecer.
Só procure essa clínica se tiver disposto a passar raiva para contatar / agendar. Muito infelizmente meu médico atende nela.

The call appreciates your patience - and you really have to say thank you. You have to be very willing to see a doctor from Promédica to put up with it. Very difficult phone, takes 30 minutes to be answered (when you can). I just spent 30 minutes on the phone when my turn came on the line the call was disconnected
The face-to-face reception is ALWAYS crowded and time consuming - too many people for few attendants. Those responsible for the clinic should know that this happens, but the reception that manages to answer 1,000 people + the phone in only 2 or 3 people. The patient who fights.
They offer a WhatsApp service that NEVER works. It was better not to offer.
Only look for this clinic if you are willing to be angry to contact / schedule. Unfortunately, my doctor sees her.

O estabelecimento atual é mto bonito e confortável. Acomoda bem os pacientes. Os doutores, todos que passei são mto bons, atendimento excelente.
Mas a comunicação com vcs é PÉSSIMA.
Pra marcar um exame ou consulta por telefone é uma espera de no mínimo 30 min. WhatsApp é ainda pior, pq NUNCA respondem.
Pra marcar a consulta e os exames do meu filho precisei ir ate aí. Impossível pelos canais de atendimento.
Desmarcaram a consulta 2 dias antes por uma msg de WhatsApp, nem uma ligação se prestaram a fazer. Desleixo e desrespeito total com as pessoas.
Fora a demora pra atender na consulta, espero de 30 a 40 min tbm. Isso pq tem hora marcada.
I've been with you for many years since when it was at another address.
The current establishment is very beautiful and comfortable. Accommodates patients well. The doctors, all I went to are very good, excellent service.
But communication with you guys is TERRIBLE.
To schedule an exam or appointment by phone, there is a wait of at least 30 min. WhatsApp is even worse, because they NEVER respond.
To schedule my son's appointment and exams, I had to go there. Impossible through service channels.
They canceled the appointment 2 days before by a WhatsApp message, not even a call. Total disregard and disrespect for people.
Apart from the delay in answering the appointment, I wait 30 to 40 min as well. That's because it has an appointment.
