★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento de recepção ao cliente foi até normal dentro dos padrões que tem que ser um laboratório... Liguei antes para agendar, a recepcionista foi simpática. Questionei prazo de entrega no qual foi me dado pela recepção imediatamente. Fui até o estabelecimento, fiz os exames. Porém para minha surpresa no momento de ir buscar os exames, eles não estavam prontos. Achei um absurdo, falta de compromisso com o cliente. Se questionei prazo é porque não sou desocupada!!! E simplesmente a recepção disse, nem ela estava ciente de que séria período de manutenção. Me pergunto que qualidade de gestão é e planejamento essa empresa tem, pois se é manutenção entendo que seja algo previsto e se quebrou , o mínimo é informar ao clientes o atraso!
The customer service was even normal within the standards that have to be a laboratory ... I called ahead to schedule, the receptionist was friendly. I asked for a delivery time which was given to me by the reception immediately. I went to the establishment, took the exams. But to my surprise when it came to getting the exams, they were not ready. I found it absurd, lack of commitment to the customer. If I questioned the deadline it is because I am not idle !!! And simply the reception said, nor was she aware of that serious maintenance period. I wonder what quality of management and planning this company has, because if it is maintenance, I understand that it is something foreseen and it has broken down, the minimum is to inform customers of the delay!

Por telefone, eles não ajudam em NADA NADA NADA A . Por mais que vc dê informações sua , seja cliente a muito tempo cpf e etc….Não adianta de nada . A não ser que seja preguiça do pessoal que atende: acho que falta CORDIALIDADE…. Somente isso

Over the phone, they do NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING A . As much as you give your information, be a customer for a long time, cpf and etc…. It's no use. Unless it's laziness on the part of the staff: I think CORDIALITY is lacking…. Only that
