★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito da estrutura da faculdade, um otimo atendimento fui muito bem recebito pelos os funcionarios, espero poder ter estudar nessa universidade, não tenho nada a reclamar. :)
I really liked the structure of the college, great service, I was very well received by the staff, I hope I can study at this university, I have nothing to complain about. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior escolha da vida para um curso de Direito!!!! Elevadores sempre com defeito, salas de aula sucateadas e antigas, auditório desconfortável um péssimo atendimento na central do aluno. Sobre os professores, são poucos que escapam, muito pouco mesmo. Porem faço questão de citar aqueles que considerei bom ao longo do curso, tipo Ernani(Constitucional), Vinicius (Penal), Carla (Civil), Fabricio e Edgar (Empresarial), Lucélia (Processo Civil), Marcos( Filosofia),Vitor (Trabalho), posso ter me esquecido de algum outro.
A coordenação do curso de direito é algo vergonhoso, nunca atende as demandas dos alunos e para piorar, uma implantação do sistema da TOTVS sem nem um preparo, durante um semestre inteiro um sistema mal implantado, notas lançadas de qualquer forma e sistema financeiro constando diversos boletos já pagos e não baixados.
Não recomendo, não é a melhor opção.

Worst choice of life for a law school !!!! Always defective elevators, scrapped and old classrooms, uncomfortable auditorium, poor service at the student center. On teachers, there are few that escape, very little indeed. However I must mention those considered good throughout the course, Ernani (Constitutional) type, Vinicius (Criminal), Carla (Civil), Fabricio and Edgar (Corporate), Lucélia (Civil Procedure), Mark (Philosophy), Vitor ( Work), I may have forgotten some other.
The coordination of the right course is something shameful, never meets the demands of the students and to make matters worse, a system implementation of TOTVS without even a preparation for a whole half a poorly implemented system, released anyway and financial system notes consisting various tickets already paid and not downloaded.
Not recommend, not the best option.
Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O corpo docente é excepcional, porém a parte administrativa e financeira da IES Promove BH é uma vergonha. Virou falta de respeito com os alunos, suporte zero. Agentes Educacionais sem o mínimo de preparo para responder as solicitações dos alunos. Dois semestres seguidos que para realizar um simples rematrícula virou uma dor de cabeça. O aluno que tem FIES e fez o aditamento mas não aparece no sistema da faculdade, é pressionado a assinar um TERMO DE NOVAÇÃO, em que assume uma dívida mesmo estando em dia com o FIES. Como funciona o repasse do FIES para faculdade não é um problema do aluno. Estou extremamente decepcionada e frustrada com a IES PROMOVE BH.
The faculty is exceptional, but the administrative and financial part of IES Promove BH is a disgrace. It became a lack of respect for students, zero support. Educational agents without the minimum preparation to respond to students' requests. Two semesters in a row that to perform a simple re-enrollment turned into a headache. The student who has FIES and made the addition but does not appear in the college system, is pressured to sign a NEW AGREEMENT, in which he assumes a debt even if he is up to date with FIES. How the transfer of FIES to college works is not a problem for the student. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with IES PROMOVE BH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande parte dos professores são educados e estão sempre disponíveis para tirar duvidas, sempre buscam tirar o melhor do aluno, inclusive incentivando a estudar mais, dando dicas de livros, textos, vídeos ou trazendo pessoas de relevância para palestrar, me lembro que isso sempre deixava toda a turma bem animada para correr atrás dos seus sonhos e melhorar nos estudos, visando um futuro melhor.
90% da minha turma passou na OAB antes mesmo de terminar o curso, estudando por conta própria e revendo o que foi passado em sala durante o curso.
Em anos de estudo tive desconforto com apenas duas professoras, que são bem envolvidas com politica e tentam sempre colocar durante a aula o que acham sobre seu politico de estimação ou sobre seus desafetos, não só eu, mas toda a sala sempre achou desnecessário esse tipo de assunto durante a aula, dá para perceber quando as mesmas estão com raiva de alguma coisa que ocorreu na politica, pois a aula fica totalmente fraca e desanimada e elas acabam falando sobre, mesmo que resmungando.
A estrutura é bem antiga na unidade João Pinheiro, dizem sempre que o prédio é histórico e por isso não mexem muito, internamente poderia melhorar todos os ambientes e seus aparelhos eletrônicos, tenho amigos que se formaram a dez anos nesta instituição e dizem que sempre foi assim, nunca melhorou.
Nas demais unidades tudo é diferente, muito bem cuidado e conservado.
No geral tem muito a melhorar se tratando da estrutura na unidade João Pinheiro, principalmente no preço da mensalidade que é alto se comparado as demais instituições.
Most of the teachers are educated and are always available to ask questions, they always seek to get the best out of the student, including encouraging them to study more, giving tips for books, texts, videos or bringing relevant people to lecture, I remember that this always allowed the whole class is very excited to pursue their dreams and improve their studies, aiming for a better future.
90% of my class went to the OAB before even finishing the course, studying on their own and reviewing what was spent in class during the course.
In years of study I had discomfort with only two teachers, who are very involved in politics and always try to put in class what they think about their pet policy or their enemies, not only me, but the whole class has always thought this type unnecessary. of subject during the class, you can see when they are angry about something that happened in politics, because the class is totally weak and discouraged and they end up talking about it, even mumbling.
The structure is very old at the João Pinheiro unit, they always say that the building is historic and that's why they don't move much, internally it could improve all the environments and their electronic devices, I have friends who graduated ten years ago in this institution and they say it always has been so it never got better.
In the other units, everything is different, very well maintained and maintained.
In general, there is a lot to improve regarding the structure at the João Pinheiro unit, especially in the tuition price, which is high compared to other institutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, funcionarios nao atendem, e quando atendem falam um prazo depois mudam-se o prazo, ate para conseguir se matricular e dificil, alguns dizem que e na hora, outros dias que e 1 dia util, um descaso com o aluno.
Terrible, employees don't answer, and when they answer, they say a deadline, then the deadline is changed, even to be able to enroll is difficult, some say it's on time, other days it's 1 working day, a neglect with the student.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tem a opção de dar 0 estrelas, uma faculdade desorganizada, alguns atendentes grosseiros, presencial já era um porre, agora piorou o atendimento, e não culpo eles pois a faculdade está fornecendo apenas um número direcionando a uma pessoa só, e realmente fica estressante por conta das grandes demandas de alunos, os emails fornecidos servem apenas de enfeite, ninguém responde, se tem um arrependimento que tive na vida foi confiar minha graduação em uma instituição tão despreparada.
Indico vocês que estão buscando uma graduação pesquisarem muito, aqui não vale a pena, ainda mais pelo valor exorberante.
Unfortunately you don't have the option to give 0 stars, a disorganized college, some rude attendants, in person was already a bore, now the service has worsened, and I don't blame them because the college is only providing a number directing to one person, and it really gets stressful because of the great demands of students, the emails provided are just a decoration, no one responds, if there is one regret I had in my life, it was to trust my graduation to such an unprepared institution.
I nominate you who are looking for a degree to research a lot, it's not worth it here, especially for the exorberant value.
