★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito enrrolados,meu filho esta internado em uma UTI e eles iam levar pra casa,mas canselaram a alta por causa de um medicamento,pra mim eles teriam que ter visto a questao do medicamento antes de falar que ia levar a criança pra casa. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total para com o paciente. Tempo de espera de mais de 8 minutos para “tentar” falar com equipe de enfermagem... isso, quando a ligação não cai. Alguns técnicos de enfermagem totalmente despreparados.
Total neglect towards the patient. Waiting time of more than 8 minutes to "try" to talk to the nursing staff ... this, when the call does not fall. Some nursing technicians are totally unprepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me desliguei da empresa há mais de 2 meses, e o descaso da gerência de enfermagem em autorizar o pagamento de 06 folgas remuneradas que compreendem o segundo semestre de 2018 é medonho. As mesmas sendo insistentemente cobradas desde Janeiro de 2019 sem êxito. É uma falta de princípios... São vários telefonemas e recados sem retorno. Vou aguardar mais alguns poucos dias antes de procurar a justiça do trabalho.
I left the company for more than 2 months, and the nursing management's unwillingness to authorize the payment of 06 paid holidays that comprise the second half of 2018 is dire. They have been insistently charged since January 2019 without success. It's a lack of principles ... There are several phone calls and no-return messages. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganizados ,não se comunicam entre si dentro da empresa.
Vc liga e a funcionaria de plantão nunca sabe de nada, trocam de tecnico de enfermagem e nem avisam a familia, uma difilculdade e demora imensa para resolução de problemas.
Exame marcado para coleta as 10h foi feito as 15h, ou seja, se a familia se programa para estar junto ao paciente nessa hora...não consegue, pois o atraso é absurdo.
Entrega de receita de medicamento controlado marcado para a parte da manha ( detalhe: paciente sentindo muita dor) só chega as 17:30h e depois de muita cobrança.
Equipe de fono descompromissada....e por aí vai....
Enfim....NÃO INDICO...dor de cabeça na certa, paz é uma palavra que não vai existir na sua vida com essa empresa.

You call and the on-call staff never knows anything, they change nursing technicians and they don't even warn the family, a difficulty and immense delay in solving problems.
Examination scheduled for collection at 10am was done at 3pm, that is, if the family is scheduled to be with the patient at that time ... they can't, because the delay is absurd.
Delivery of a prescription medication scheduled for the morning (detail: patient feeling a lot of pain) only arrives at 17:30 and after a lot of collection.
Uncommitted phono team .... and so on ....
Anyway .... DO NOT INDICATE ... headache for sure, peace is a word that will not exist in your life with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem como piorar. Eles não mandam material nem para CURATIVO! Tem que ligar insistentemente e praticamente IMPLORAR como se fosse um favor e mesmo assim NÃO ADIANTA. Minha lesão está sendo tratada com o que eu posso comprar, mas nem tudo é vendido em farmácias comuns. Não mandam álcool, máscaras para as técnicas de enfermagem e o dersani já acabou faz tempo. Sem contar que a qualquer momento um ACIDENTE DE TRABALHO poderá acontecer aqui, pq nem a caixa "descarbox" eles mandam! A caixa está lotada de seringas usadas e, apesar dos INÚMEROS PEDIDOS para retirada da cheia e envio de uma nova, MAIS UMA VEZ somos literalmente IGNORADOS. É realmente REVOLTANTE. Espero que vá a falência pra ver se a UNIMED volta pra QUALITY! DESCASO REVOLTANTE..
It can't get worse. They don't even send material for DRESSING! You have to call insistently and practically BEG as if it were a favor and still NO USE. My injury is being treated with what I can buy, but not everything is sold in regular pharmacies. They don't send alcohol, masks for the nursing technicians and the dersani is long gone. Not to mention that at any time a WORK ACCIDENT can happen here, because not even the "descarbox" box they send! The box is full of used syringes and, despite the MANY REQUESTS to remove the flood and send a new one, AGAIN we are literally IGNORED. It's really revolting. I hope it goes bankrupt to see if UNIMED returns to QUALITY! DISGUSTING DISCOVERY...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descascado total, tanto com o paciente quanto o enfermeiro, não substituem o enfermeiro em tempo hábil, péssima gestão, até msm relação às cooperativa terceirizada(Tec Lar Saúde). Péssimo serviço em tudo.

Trabalhei alguns meses com vocês através dá tec lar e todo mês é um descaso para pagar os funcionários, sempre a mesma coisa o pagamento atrasa todos os meses, se continuar dessa forma vcs estão caminhando para o fiasco, eu não trabalho mais. Me dedico o mês todo para não ter dia certo para receber e ainda ter que ficar implorando para ver o meu pagamento na conta, saí fora. Além de tudo isso, o salário é lá em baixo, as empresas e cooperativas cada dia mais ricas e nós cada dia mais pobres. Tenho péssimas coisas a falar de vcs.

No fim de semana a central de atendimento 24h deixa a sua ligação em espera por mais de 30 minutos e não atende. Empresa contratada pelo plano Unimed Delta, que não tem padrão de atendimento. Péssima! fuja da Pronep!
