★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha. Em boa parte das UPAS de todo ou quase todo o país, nós deparamos com a mesma situação. Péssimos profissionais seja na forma de atender ou na sua capacitação em sua profissão. Onde já se viu? Um médico ver uma criança de 9 anos sentindo dores abdominais e mesmo após os pais terem repassado todo o relato do que ocorreu, não se interessarem em ver o que seria o motivo da dor abdominal e os vômitos que causam a desidratação? Mandam ir pra casa. Absurdo, falta de compromisso com sua profissão. Viemos ao Hospital Getúlio Vargas (Getulinho) e só tenho elogios, nota 10 a todos os profissionais. Muita gratidão. Agora pra todos que trabalham nesta Upa de Copacabana, lamento, se eu fosse gestor da saúde nesta cidade e tomando conhecimento disto, todos estariam no olho da rua.
A shame. In a good part of the UPAS in all or almost the entire country, we are faced with the same situation. Bad professionals, whether in the way they serve or in their training in their profession. Where have you seen yourself? A doctor sees a 9-year-old child experiencing abdominal pain and even after the parents have gone over the entire account of what happened, they are not interested in seeing what would be the reason for the abdominal pain and vomiting that causes dehydration? They tell you to go home. Absurd, lack of commitment to his profession. We came to Hospital Getúlio Vargas (Getulinho) and I have nothing but praise, grade 10 to all professionals. Much gratitude. Now for everyone who works at this Upa in Copacabana, I'm sorry, if I were a health manager in this city and knowing this, everyone would be on the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem dia 24/02/2022 Estava esperando atendimento para pediatria,há uns 40 minutos e só havia eu e minha filha para pediatria porém
de tanto esperar falei com a moça da recepção se o médico estava em Horário de almoço ela me respondeu que não, perguntei novamente se ele estava na sala ela disse que sim e me mostrou a sala então fui lá o médico estava mexendo no celular ao invés de atender os "pacientes" que chegam nesse local com dor passando mal e etc... a expectativa é obter um atendimento o mais rápido possível, mais infelizmente não é isso que acontece, depois do flagrante ele obviamente não gostou por ser interrompido e me atendeu muito mal, cheio de ignorância.
um médico que se diz profissional trata seus pacientes dessa forma creio que esta na profissão errada.
Só porque é no público, não quer dizer que devemos ser tratados de tal forma.
Espero q o que aconteceu comigo é a minha filha não volte a se repetir com outras pessoas. Independente de tudo somos seres humanos merecemos respeitos e creio que um médico estuda muito se qualificar para atender bem seus pacientes e não dessa maneira.
Yesterday 02/24/2022 I was waiting for pediatric care, about 40 minutes ago and there was only me and my daughter for pediatrics, however
from waiting so long I spoke to the girl at the reception if the doctor was in Lunch time she replied no, I asked again if he was in the room she said yes and showed me the room so I went there the doctor was using his cell phone instead to attend to the "patients" who arrive at this place with pain, feeling sick and etc... the expectation is to get care as soon as possible, but unfortunately that's not what happens, after the act he obviously didn't like being interrupted and He answered very badly, full of ignorance.
a doctor who calls himself a professional treats his patients this way I believe he is in the wrong profession.
Just because it's in public doesn't mean we should be treated that way.
I hope that what happened to me is that my daughter does not repeat it with other people. Regardless of everything, we are human beings, we deserve respect and I believe that a doctor studies a lot to qualify to serve his patients well and not in that way.

Thank you so much for helping me out monday the 16 of marts at 10.00 am , i was so well taken care of and professionel treated after i have had an accident with both of my legs and had to be sewn with 8 stitches .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a tourist in Rio, I had a small medical emergency and needed a doctor. Someone told me about this UPA and it’s completely FREE service and so I went wondering what free service quality would be like... it was amazing. So clean, professional, attentive and FAST! I was out in 30 minutes (I went at 5am so not busy) and the doctor spoke perfect English and she was absolutely great. Better service than I receive in the emergency in Canada honestly. The fact that Brazil has these 100% free and open to public UPAs is an incredible service.
