★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me deixaram em uma sala onde todos estavam com sintomas de Covid menos eu, e as enfermeiras demoraram mais de duuuas horas para coletar meu sangue para fazer exame. Todas as vezes o atendimento é muito lento.
 They left me in a room where everyone was with Covid symptoms but me, and it took the nurses more than two hours to collect my blood for the exam. The service is very slow every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Em tempos de pandemia, o hospital simplesmente ignora pessoas com sintomas de COVID e todos esperam aglomerados em um mesmo local. Quanto à espera, mais de uma hora para simplesmente chegar à triagem, nem ao menos abertura de ficha no guichê foi realizada. Descompromisso total com a saúde individual e coletiva.
Bad experience. In times of pandemic, the hospital simply ignores people with symptoms of COVID and everyone expects clusters in the same location. As for the wait, more than an hour to simply arrive at the screening, not even the opening of a file at the window was carried out. Total lack of commitment to individual and collective health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenhuma organização. Pessoas aglomeradas do lado de fora e ambiente completamente sem ventilação.
Atendimento muito demorado, cerca de três horas e meia em plena segunda-feira.
Boa equipe de enfermeiros mas o atendimento do médico (Dr. Marcelo Franco Jorge Alves) foi péssimo: profissional mal-educado, ríspido e impaciente. E o pior de tudo? Me receitou ivermectina para uma síndrome gripal...
Atualização 12/06: Fiz uma nova visita porque simplesmente não entraram em contato comigo (depois de cinco dias) para realizar um exame que deveria ter sido agendado no momento da primeira visita.
Apesar de novamente o atendimento ter demorado muito (apesar do PS estar praticamente vazio), o atendimento médico dessa vez foi excelente (Dr. Fabio Fruet). Consegui realizar meu exame e na saída já havia aglomeração na porta.
No organization. People crowded outside and completely unventilated environment.
Very long service, about three and a half hours on Monday.
Good team of nurses, but the service provided by the doctor (Dr. Marcelo Franco Jorge Alves) was terrible: ill-mannered, harsh and impatient professional. And worst of all? He prescribed ivermectin for a flu syndrome...
Update 06/12: I made a new visit because they simply didn't contact me (after five days) for an exam that should have been scheduled at the time of the first visit.
Although again the service took a long time (despite the ER being practically empty), the medical service this time was excellent (Dr. Fabio Fruet). I managed to perform my exam and at the exit there was already crowding at the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Levei 1 hora apenas para passar na triagem e mais 1h hora para ser atendida. Isso sem falar na grosseria de algumas funcionárias que ainda não aprenderam a tratar o cliente com respeito.
Terrible attendance. It took me 1 hour just to pass the screening and another 1 hour to be seen. Not to mention the rudeness of some employees who have not yet learned to treat the customer with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são omissos. Estou com cálculo renal e tive alguns sintomas após expurgar um deles. O médico só fez exame de urina e falou que estou com covid (sem fazer exames para diagnósticar). Me deu remédios de covid, mas não fez exame de sangue ou mesmo tomografia para ver como meus rins estão. Inacreditável.
Doctors are oblivious. I have kidney stones and I had some symptoms after purging one of them. The doctor just did a urine test and said I have covid (without doing diagnostic tests). He gave me covid meds, but he didn't do a blood test or even a CT scan to see how my kidneys are. Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Os guardas são mais prestativos que as equipes de atendimento em todos os setores! Absurdo de demora mesmo com um senhor de 63 anos sangrando na cabeça. Não tem organização! Um Dr deu pontos no ferimento do meu esposo e ele falou que uma enfermeira iria finalizar com um curativo e enfaixamento... Nada, não apareceu e ninguém sabia que precisava - troca de plantão e pelo jeito não repassam nada. Ótimo atendimento pelo Dr Júlio (ortopedista), verificou necessidade de uma tipóia... que ninguém fez! Saiu de lá sem ter tomado nenhum remédio para dor!!!
Terrible attendance. Guards are more helpful than service teams in all sectors! Absurd delay even with a 63-year-old man bleeding from the head. There is no organization! A Dr stitched my husband's wound and he said that a nurse would finish it with a bandage and bandaging... Nothing, he didn't show up and nobody knew he needed to - change of shifts and apparently they don't pass on anything. Great service by Dr Júlio (orthopedist), he found the need for a sling... which no one did! He left there without having taken any pain medication!!!
