★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao médico, Dr Márcio e ao marcar retorno, ficaram de entrar em contato para ou agendar o retorno ou deixar o exame para análise. Faz 2 semanas que estou esperando uma resposta da clínica e até agora nada. Resumo: não recomendo a clínica e nem esse ortopedista, Dr. Márcio.
 I went to the doctor, Dr Márcio and when making an appointment for a return visit, they had to get in touch to either schedule the return or leave the exam for analysis. I've been waiting for a response from the clinic for 2 weeks and so far nothing. Summary: I do not recommend the clinic or this orthopedist, Dr. Márcio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente a própria recepcionista disse ao agendar a consulta o Dr Washighton normalmente atrasa e que era pra eu sair de casa exatamente no horário da consulta que era as 15:40hs desta maneira já cheguei no consultório as 16:00hs esperei em na recepção 1hora sozinho e não fui atendido até que desisti... pra mim total falta de respeito... não indico este local...
First, the receptionist herself said when scheduling the appointment Dr Washighton is usually late and that I was supposed to leave the house exactly at the time of the appointment, which was at 3:40 pm, so I arrived at the office at 4:00 pm and waited at the reception for 1 hour alone and I was not served until I gave up... for me, a total lack of respect... I don't recommend this place...

Minha avó idosa, com o pé quebrado, e não podendo ficar sentada por muito tempo por conta de 8 pinos na coluna, chegou no horário marcado às 15:00 e só foi atendida as 18:15. A recepcionista extremamente grossa com o pacientes, informa que a consulta é por ordem de chegada, mas várias pessoas que chegaram após minha avó foram atendidas. Percebemos que estás eram paciente particulares, e não do convênio. Falta de respeito com todos.

Terrible clinic!
My elderly grandmother, with a broken foot, and unable to sit for a long time because of 8 pins in her spine, arrived at the scheduled time at 3:00 pm and was only seen at 6:15 pm. The receptionist extremely rude to patients, informs that the appointment is on a first-come, first-served basis, but several people who arrived after my grandmother were attended to. We realized that these were private patients, not the insurance company. Lack of respect for everyone.
Worse than the public network.
